I am a new customer who has switched KVM VPS providers twice in the last few years, from a UK VPS at HostUS to another UK VPS at Inception Hosting and now to an NL VPS at HostSailor.
Brexit issues have caused me to seek a provider outside of the UK.
Not only does HostSailor have better priced offerings than the competition, the customer service is second to none.
Other providers want you to subscribe to an additional service to receive any sort of customer service, but with HostSailor it is a part of their value proposition.
When I requested information via e-mail, before I had paid a cent, I received multiple replies with great information.
Now that I am a customer, I have needed assistance with a few setup tasks and have received timely, polite and informative responses.
Hope to be with them for years to come, I have no reason to look elsewhere.
