😠 Hostripples is one of the worst hosting providers I have ever experienced. A nightmare. They don't know anything about domains, domain transfer, changing primary domain etc. Their knowledge is superficial, their service slow. On top of them they cheat too. If some send critical questions in tickets, the tickets will be simply deleted so that you don't have any evidence about the conversation. A nightmare.

😠 I'll share some support answers for suspend my site.
"You have paid late for your invoice and your service will start from the renewal date of invoice #2018 11 21 3716.
Your renewal date was 15/09/2018 and you have paid on 21/11/2018. So the renewal date will not change."
Then I asked to get my files and database and recived answer.
"Sorry but your account breakfastnews.info is still suspended due to overdue on a payment. So we can not provide you the files of regionsvpered.info because it is present under breakfastnews.info. You will need to pay to continue the service."
So I lost money for 2 month hosting and have to pay for get my files and data.
