😃 They are using SmarterMail which have quite nice and decent interface for the user to use. Understandable icon in the SmarterMail. What's best is it able to sync with mobiles or tablets devices which create mobility to my staffs and me. So far no issue to all of us, guess the 99.9% uptime is still pretty reliable. They also have daily backup but only last 14 days mail. Depending your company need how long those mail need to be retain but for my company, it's good enough.
