HostPro.by is a strongly Belarus-focused hosting provider built more for local businesses, freelancers, self-employed users, and small online projects than for international enterprise infrastructure. The storefront is essentially in Russian, pricing is shown in BYN, and much of the service logic is clearly adapted to the Belarus market: local payment methods, BelGIE-related website registration references, free third-level local domains, and hosting infrastructure placed in Minsk.

That creates the impression of a brand that has been online for years, but with the currently listed legal operator structured as a sole proprietor rather than a large corporate hosting group.

The catalog is broader than a simple budget shared-hosting shop.
