HostPro.by is a strongly Belarus-focused hosting provider built more for local businesses, freelancers, self-employed users, and small online projects than for international enterprise infrastructure. The storefront is essentially in Russian, pricing is shown in BYN, and much of the service logic is clearly adapted to the Belarus market: local payment methods, BelGIE-related website registration references, free third-level local domains, and hosting infrastructure placed in Minsk.

The current operating entity is IP Matvienko Oleg Alekseevich, with a registration certificate issued on June 16, 2023, while the website branding itself shows activity going back to 2016. That creates the impression of a brand that has been online for years, but with the currently listed legal operator structured as a sole proprietor rather than a large corporate hosting group.

The catalog is broader than a simple budget shared-hosting shop. They sell virtual hosting, special shared variants for landing pages and online stores, CMS hosting for WordPress, Joomla, 1C-Bitrix, OpenCart, Drupal, and a much longer CMS list behind the CMS page, including platforms such as MODX, PrestaShop, DataLife Engine, Shop-Script, and UMI.CMS. One interesting local-market feature is the free hosting offer for customers in Belarus who opened a business, sole proprietorship, or self-employed status within the last 12 months. They also push a site builder product and a ready-made OpenCart online store package, so they are not limited to infrastructure rental alone. The site builder is based on Joomla 5.x plus extensions, which is more substantial than the ultra-light builders many small providers resell.
