The storefront is essentially in Russian, pricing is shown in BYN, and much of the service logic is clearly adapted to the Belarus market: local payment methods, BelGIE-related website registration references, free third-level local domains, and hosting infrastructure placed in Minsk.

The current operating entity is IP Matvienko Oleg Alekseevich, with a registration certificate issued on June 16, 2023, while the website branding itself shows activity going back to 2016. That creates the impression of a brand that has been online for years, but with the currently listed legal operator structured as a sole proprietor rather than a large corporate hosting group.
