HostNodes is a Georgian web hosting and domain-services company established on April 19, 2016, while the team behind the business has hosting experience dating back to 2006. The company operates as Hostnodes LLC under identification code 420423198 and provides Internet hosting services in Georgia. Regulatory market data covering January 2023 through September 2024 recorded GEL 535,550.83 in hosting revenue for HostNodes, representing roughly 4% of Georgia's hosting-services market by revenue.

The company went through an important ownership transition during 2024. Archil Gogia, Sandro Dzneleladze and Ekaterine Kakhiani were associated with HostNodes ownership, with Archil Gogia also acting as director.
