Hostnic is an Indonesian web-hosting, domain-registration and cloud-infrastructure provider established in 2009. Its legal business structure was formed on April 26, 2011, the operation adopted the Hostnic brand in November 2016, and management moved under PT Linkgo Metro Teknologi (linkgo.co.id) in March 2020. The privately held company is headquartered in West Jakarta and has an estimated 11–50 employees.

Hostnic mainly serves Indonesian individuals, developers, hosting resellers, online businesses and companies that want local billing, Indonesian-language assistance and infrastructure with strong domestic connectivity. The website and customer information are available in Indonesian, and no complete multi-language version exists. All services are priced in Indonesian rupiah, making the company especially suitable for local customers rather than international users who require English documentation or invoices in another currency.

VPS Plus provides KVM virtual machines with hourly billing, NVMe storage and support for Linux and Windows templates. Billing continues while a virtual machine is powered off, so an unused instance must be deleted to stop further consumption. Snapshots are intended for temporary recovery points rather than permanent backup protection, and deleted virtual machines cannot be restored.

Cloud Manage combines a virtual server with cPanel or DirectAdmin and server-management assistance. Hostnic handles operating-system maintenance, control-panel troubleshooting, security hardening, Apache optimization and migrations, while website programming and customer content remain outside the managed-server scope. Backup storage, Imunify360 and mail filtering can require separate add-ons on lower configurations.

Dedicated-server configurations include Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 systems together with dual Intel Xeon E5 machines. The servers include unrestricted bandwidth, Indonesian and international connectivity, remote reboot assistance and initial operating-system installation. They remain unmanaged after deployment, the minimum commitment is one year, and replacement of failed hardware can require several business days depending on component availability.

Colocation is available for individual 1U, 2U and 4U servers as well as full rack deployments. Standard packages include allocated power, one IP address, one network port and domestic plus international connectivity. Individual-server colocation requires a minimum three-month commitment, while rack colocation requires a one-year contract.

Domain services cover Indonesian and international extensions, transfers and premium short .ID names. Hostnic works between customers and the corresponding registries or registrars. Indonesian domains that require supporting documentation must be registered with valid owner information, and customers remain responsible for monitoring registration and renewal status.

Reseller services include white-label cPanel hosting, private nameservers, Indonesian domain reselling and international domain reselling. Domain resellers receive API access, WHMCS integration, automated provisioning and the ability to create sub-resellers. Hosting resellers receive cPanel accounts, NVMe storage, LiteSpeed, Imunify360, JetBackup and private branding.

ZMail uses the open-source edition of Zimbra and includes webmail, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, mobile synchronization, two-factor authentication and collaboration tools. Packages are billed per mailbox and provide 5 GB, 10 GB or 25 GB of storage. Sending is limited to 500 messages per hour. Customers should maintain an independent archive of important email because mailbox backups are not included.
