Hostmaster is a Tashkent-based hosting, cloud infrastructure, and domain-registration provider operated by New Line Solutions LLC. The legal company was registered on December 3, 2013, with data hosting and processing as its principal activity. Mavludaxon Egamberdiyevna Raxmonova is the legal founder and sole shareholder, while Azamatjon Ravshanovich Matkarimov serves as director.

The business has operated online since 2015, became an IT Park resident in 2019, and replaced the former Uzregistrator identity with the Hostmaster brand in December 2020. New Line Solutions holds Uzbek telecommunications license AA No. 0006929 and has worked as an accredited .UZ registrar since July 2019.

Hostmaster mainly serves customers in Uzbekistan, including companies, developers, online stores, educational institutions, public-sector organizations, and individuals that need local hosting with strong TAS-IX connectivity. The website operates in Uzbek and Russian. No English version exists. Prices are displayed in Uzbekistani sum, or UZS.

The product range covers .UZ domain registration, Linux shared hosting, reseller hosting, configurable VDS, predefined VDS packages, dedicated servers, virtual data centers, colocation, and managed BigBlueButton deployment. International domain registration covering more than 300 extensions was introduced in 2020, although the current ordering system concentrates mainly on .UZ domains. Customers requiring .com, .net, .ru, or other international extensions should confirm current availability before ordering.

Shared hosting is divided into eight packages with between 1 GB and 50 GB of storage. All packages support unlimited websites and traffic and include SSL certificates, email hosting, FTP, SSH, DNS management, cron jobs, databases, phpMyAdmin, automatic backups, and support for PHP, Node.js, Python, and Ruby.

PHP versions from 5 through 8.2 are available, which remains useful for older applications that cannot yet run on modern PHP releases. New projects that require later PHP versions should confirm compatibility before migration.

Customers paying annually for shared hosting can receive between one and five free .UZ domain registrations, depending on the selected package. Annual customers can also use the free website migration service. WordPress operates on the standard cPanel platform rather than through a separate managed WordPress package.

Reseller hosting uses cPanel and WHM. Four packages support between 10 and 100 customer accounts and include between 12 GB and 100 GB of storage. This is a practical arrangement for web designers, development studios, and small hosting resellers that need individual cPanel accounts without managing their own server infrastructure.

The VDS platform offers seven ready-made SSD configurations with 2 to 16 virtual CPU cores, 2 GB to 32 GB of RAM, and 30 GB to 500 GB of storage. A separate configurator supports up to 32 CPU cores, 128 GB of RAM, 1 TB of SSD storage, and network ports reaching 1 Gbps.

Available operating systems include Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, CentOS Stream, FreeBSD, Windows Server, Issabel, and MikroTik CHR. Every standard VDS includes root or Administrator access and one dedicated IPv4 address.

Standard VDS support covers deployment, operating-system installation, IP allocation, and network availability. System administration, Docker, Kubernetes, application configuration, server hardening, optimization, and backup management remain the customer’s responsibility unless managed administration is ordered separately.

Dedicated servers use Hewlett Packard hardware with dual Intel Xeon E5 or Xeon Gold processors, 32 GB or 64 GB of memory, and SAS or enterprise SSD storage. Linux, FreeBSD, and Windows operating systems are available. Remote hardware access is provided through IPMI or Hewlett Packard iLO.

Custom configurations, managed administration, data migration, and annual billing arrangements can be requested. The available hardware is suitable for virtualization, databases, business applications, high-traffic websites, and other workloads requiring dedicated resources.

The Virtual Data Center service combines virtual or physical servers, storage, and private networks within one managed environment. It is aimed at companies that require a larger infrastructure platform, isolated internal networking, rapid resource expansion, migration assistance, or a secondary environment for business continuity.

BigBlueButton can be installed and configured on a suitable VDS or dedicated server without a separate software installation charge. The customer pays for the server infrastructure, while the number of simultaneous users depends on available CPU, memory, storage, and network capacity.

Colocation is available through individual quotations. Hostmaster can install customer-owned hardware in a data-center facility and arrange power, network connectivity, VPN access, and IP addresses. Standard configurations and public colocation prices are not available, so technical and commercial conditions are agreed directly.

The website has a modern, responsive layout and is significantly easier to use than the narrow, fixed-width interfaces still maintained by some older regional hosting providers.
