Private hosting activity began before public services were introduced in 2012, followed by wider international expansion in 2017. The registered business operates as KOALA HOST WEB HOSTING SERVICES, registration number 003714309-K.

The company concentrates on Linux shared hosting, offshore shared hosting and reseller hosting. VPS, cloud server and dedicated server packages are not part of the current product range, while domain registration must be handled through an external registrar. Customers can connect an existing domain by updating its nameservers or DNS records.

Its strongest feature is inexpensive hosting across a wide selection of international locations. Available and recently offered locations include London, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, Atlanta, North Carolina, Miami, Canada, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Singapore. Additional server groups have included Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, Michigan and Dallas, with availability depending on capacity.

Customers can choose between cPanel and DirectAdmin. DirectAdmin plans provide the lowest entry prices, while cPanel packages cost more because of the higher licensing expense. The cPanel range follows a similar structure, commonly providing 3 GB, 5 GB or 10 GB of NVMe storage, with some location-specific packages offering different allocations.

Unlimited features can include email accounts, FTP accounts, databases, subdomains, parked domains and forwarding addresses. CPU, RAM, disk I/O, inode and concurrent-process limits still apply. Resource allocations differ between server groups, with some locations providing approximately one virtual CPU and 1 GB RAM, while newer nodes can include 3 GB RAM, faster storage access and larger inode allowances. The reseller service uses DirectAdmin and allows customers to create separate hosting accounts for their own clients. Plans begin with approximately 15 GB of storage and support for 50 accounts, followed by packages with 30 GB, 60 GB, 120 GB and 200 GB of storage. The largest package supports as many as 800 accounts and includes 4 TB of monthly data transfer.

Reseller accounts include CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, LiteSpeed Cache, Softaculous, email hosting, DNS management, database support and individual account administration.
