Hostiserver is a managed hosting and infrastructure provider active since 2012, with its services centered on VPS, dedicated and bare-metal servers, CDN, backup storage, domain registration and server administration. The operation is run by IT Services Company s.r.o. from Prague, Czech Republic. The present company was incorporated in 2014 under the name ROOZIO Consulting s.r.o. and adopted the IT Services Company s.r.o. name in 2017. Volodymyr Topchiy is managing director and shareholder.

The service portfolio is aimed much more at customers needing managed infrastructure than at users looking for traditional low-cost shared hosting. Its principal products are Managed VPS, Managed Dedicated Servers, Bare Metal Servers, CDN, Backup Storage and Domains. There are also specialized solutions for SmartCJ/TCMS platforms and Palworld game servers, while colocation is available as part of the broader infrastructure business.

Managed VPS starts from $19.95 per month and is available in the United States and the Netherlands. Virtualization is based on KVM and Proxmox VE, with root access included. Customers can use the server as a conventional self-managed VPS or rely on Hostiserver for configuration and ongoing administration. Initial setup, assistance with choosing the appropriate configuration, website migration, continuous monitoring, weekly automatic backups and resource upgrades or downgrades are part of the managed environment. One IPv4 address is included. Port 25 is restricted by default and can be enabled following an individual support review.

The VPS platform is suitable for e-commerce, business websites, multiple-site environments, media-heavy projects and applications that require more predictable resources than shared hosting. It is particularly useful when server tuning, migration and ongoing technical maintenance are more important than simply receiving a control-panel account.

Managed Dedicated Servers add a higher level of hardware isolation and resources. Hostiserver owns its server and networking hardware, giving it considerably more direct control over the underlying infrastructure than providers that simply resell preconfigured dedicated servers.

Bare Metal Servers are suitable for customers who want complete control of the operating system, virtualization stack and application environment without the additional management layer. They provide direct access to dedicated physical hardware and are a practical option for virtualization clusters, databases, high-traffic websites, private infrastructure and other workloads where predictable dedicated resources matter.

The CDN service is delivered through CDN77 and starts at approximately $20 per month for 10 TB. Larger packages cover 25 TB, 50 TB, 100 TB and higher usage levels. Features include origin protection, signed URLs and tokens, hotlink protection, geo and IP blocking, SSL, SmartWAF, DDoS mitigation and configurable caching rules. HTTP and HTTPS requests are not charged separately from the traffic allowance, making the service straightforward for high-request websites and media delivery.

Backup Storage is available independently from the server products and can protect virtual machines, dedicated servers, individual directories, disks and databases. Entry pricing begins at about $10 per month for 250 GB, with additional capacities extending into multi-terabyte storage. Traffic is not separately charged for this service. Dedicated-server customers receive 250 GB of remote backup capacity with their managed server.

The Domain Registration service covers a broad selection of generic and country-code extensions. .com registrations and renewals are around $22 per year, with .net and .org in a similar price range. WHOIS privacy and an SSL certificate are included with eligible domain registrations.

Hostiserver also provides SmartCJ / TCMS Hosting for high-traffic websites using SmartCJ, TCMS, FTT2, TE3 and related software. This service includes script installation, migration, server optimization, temporary-domain migration procedures, traffic monitoring and infrastructure adjustments when traffic levels increase sharply.

Palworld Server Hosting is another specialized product, built for private Palworld servers using the Steam version of the game. These packages include dedicated IPv4 addressing, four CPU cores, 5 TB of bandwidth and turnkey setup, with CPU, RAM, SSD capacity and extra IPv4 addresses available as additional resources.
