The company is an infrastructure project of Atropatena Holding (atropatenaholding.az), while the technical side of the hosting and server services is handled by Projects of Azerbaijan MMC (npa.az). Hosting activity in Azerbaijan operates under Ministry of Digital Development and Transport notification No. 00094. Hamza Hüseynli serves as Director of Hostinq.az and is also the founder of Projects of Azerbaijan.

The service range goes well beyond conventional shared hosting. Hostinq.az provides shared web hosting, Azerbaijan-based hosting, VPS/VDS, dedicated servers, domain registration, business email, corporate email, SSL certificates, cybersecurity services, email marketing, website development, e-commerce solutions and website migration. This broad portfolio makes the company suitable both for small website owners and for businesses that prefer to keep hosting, mail, domains and infrastructure services with one local provider.

The standard web hosting packages cover personal websites, business projects and higher-traffic applications. Smaller plans are suitable for a single site, while Gold, Professional and VIP packages increase storage, hosted websites and email resources. The hosting environment includes unlimited traffic, unlimited databases, free SSL, free CDN, NVMe/SSD storage, LiteSpeed, malware scanning, DDoS protection and daily backups. WordPress, Joomla, Magento and other applications can be installed from the hosting control panel, and a drag-and-drop website builder is available for users who prefer creating a site without manual development.

A separate Azerbaijan Location Hosting service keeps website content in Azerbaijan. A useful advantage is the free website migration service. WordPress, Joomla, Laravel and other conventional applications can be transferred together with files, databases, email accounts and domains. The old service can remain active during migration to reduce downtime, while the new hosting account retains features such as daily backups, SSL, CDN and cPanel. Closed website-building platforms such as Wix, Squarespace and Shopify require a different migration approach because their underlying application code cannot be transferred directly.

The Hostinq.az website is modern and mobile-friendly, and account management is also available through a mobile application.
