4U space and 2.0A power is a colocation rack space and power tier for customer owned server hardware. It provides 4U of rack space with 2.0A power in the selected UK facility, with Manchester and St Asaph, Wales available at the same monthly facility price. The tier is suitable when the required rack footprint and power draw fit within the 4U space and 2.0A power allocation, and it can be combined with the network, IP, remote reboot, firewall, KVM and backup options needed for the deployed equipment. The customer supplies and controls the colocated server, so CPU, RAM, disks, operating system and hosted applications depend on the hardware installed rather than on a fixed Hosting UK server build. The configuration guidance recommends choosing the highest variable required; for example, a server that only needs 1U of space but needs 1A of power should use the 2U space and 1.0A power tier. Remote reboot power sockets allow the server power to be tripped remotely if the system freezes or locks, and extra network connections can be added for management ports such as DRAC or iLO, switches, multiple interfaces or other cabling requirements.

Hosting UK colocation runs in UK datacentre facilities with a choice of Manchester or St Asaph, Wales at no additional monthly location charge. Contract choices are month-to-month with 30 days notice and a GBP 99 setup fee, or a 12 month contract with a GBP 49 setup fee.
