The brand was established in 1999, following several years of experience accumulated by Genesys Informatica in information technology and internet services. The company remains an independent Italian provider rather than part of a large international hosting group.

More than 100,000 active domains are managed across an extensive service portfolio covering domains, shared hosting, email, virtual servers, dedicated infrastructure, cloud platforms, storage, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and regulated digital services. All core hosting infrastructure is located in Italy, making the company particularly relevant to businesses that prioritize Italian data residency and locally managed technical operations.

Domain services cover hundreds of national, international, and newer domain extensions. A registered domain includes independent DNS management, four redundant DNS servers, an under-construction page, and a simple homepage editor. Standard VPS customers can also add asynchronous geographical replication to Rome or Siziano, with multiple recovery points maintained for restoration.

The dedicated server portfolio uses Dell PowerEdge hardware and is divided into Entry, Advanced, Enterprise, and GPU AI systems. Available configurations include Linux or Windows, ECC memory, SSD or NVMe storage, hardware RAID, multiple IP addresses, redundant 1 Gbps network connectivity, firewall protection, infrastructure monitoring, and iDRAC remote administration.

GPU systems equipped with NVIDIA RTX 4080 Super or RTX 5090 cards support artificial intelligence workloads, rendering, video processing, and other hardware-accelerated applications. Custom server configurations are also available for projects that require specific processors, memory quantities, storage layouts, or network arrangements.

Cloud infrastructure is available through openLXD and VMware Virtual Data Center services. openLXD combines dedicated Dell clusters, NVMe-based Ceph storage, private networking, containers, virtual machines, API access, and a dedicated management interface. VMware Virtual Data Center provides Cloud Director, reserved virtual infrastructure, and optional synchronous replication between Florence and Rome.

Private Cloud and Virtual Data Center projects can be adapted to specific compute, networking, storage, backup, disaster-recovery, and business-continuity requirements. This makes the service suitable for organizations that need more control than a conventional VPS while avoiding the operational complexity of building an internal private cloud.

Security services include endpoint protection, EPP and EDR systems, server protection, Linux website protection, emergency malware cleanup, SSL certificates, protected email, backup, traffic analysis, and anti-DDoS mitigation. Let’s Encrypt certificates are included with compatible hosting packages, while commercial domain-validation, wildcard, and extended-validation certificates are available separately.

Storage services include NextStorage, Acronis Backup, Smart Storage, and Primary Storage. NextStorage is based on Nextcloud and operates from Florence and Rome, providing synchronization, file sharing, and collaboration functions. Smart Storage supports FTP, FTPS, web FTP, rsync, S3, NFS, and SMB access, with both single-location and geographically redundant configurations.

Primary Storage uses enterprise NetApp SAN systems and supports NFS, SMB, and iSCSI connectivity for virtual machines, server clusters, dedicated servers, and private cloud environments. These services can be combined with geographical replication and backup to create more resilient infrastructure.

The portfolio extends beyond hosting into SPID, RAO services, remote digital signatures, electronic seals, PEC, legally compliant digital archiving, electronic invoicing, SMS services, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and managed Microsoft Azure. Italian companies can therefore consolidate infrastructure and several regulated digital-business services under one provider.
