Hosting Mzd is a US web hosting provider founded in 2016 and based in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Its team brings more than 15 years of combined IT experience, while the customer base includes individuals, developers, online stores, agencies and businesses in multiple countries. A founder or clearly identified legal operating company could not be confirmed.

The service range covers Linux shared hosting, cloud hosting, KVM virtual private servers, prebuilt dedicated servers, customizable dedicated servers, domain registration, domain transfers, SSL certificates, email hosting, DNS management and an affiliate program. IPv4 and IPv6 allocations are also included with several server products.

Linux shared hosting is the entry-level option, intended for personal websites, WordPress installations, small business sites and database-driven applications. The three main packages are Basic, Standard and Plus. They include between 100 GB and unmetered storage, unmetered bandwidth, email accounts, FTP access, MySQL databases, webmail, cron jobs, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby on Rails, private SSL support, statistics tools and instant activation. Standard and Plus also include a free domain, while the higher package permits unlimited hosted domains.

Shared accounts run on Intel Xeon hardware and use cPanel, with Softaculous providing one-click installations for WordPress, Magento, Joomla and other applications. The knowledge base confirms that conventional shared hosting is currently Linux-only, with no Windows shared hosting service. Shared accounts also include website-building tools and 10 Gbps DDoS mitigation capacity.

Cloud hosting uses a multi-server architecture, ZFS storage, SSD caching and integrated acceleration. The available plans are Starter, Performance and Business Pro, with unmetered storage and bandwidth, email hosting, DNS management, SSL generation, daily browsable backups, Dropbox backups, website migration, ModSecurity, application installers and website-management tools. The highest package includes a free domain and unlimited hosted domains and email accounts.

Cloud hosting also includes development features such as Redis, Memcached, Varnish, Node.js, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Git, SVN, Python and cron jobs, although some features depend on the selected package. Daily backups, UPS and generator protection, a 10 Gbps network connection and multiple data-center options are included in the cloud feature table.

VPS hosting uses KVM virtualization, SSD storage and allocated CPU and memory resources. Each VPS receives one usable IPv4 address, free setup and month-to-month billing without a minimum contract. Current KVM configurations range from 2 GB RAM, one CPU core and 30 GB SSD storage to approximately 14 GB RAM, seven CPU cores and 210 GB SSD storage. Monthly transfer allowances range from 1 TB to 14 TB.

The storefront also contains Hyper-V VPS packages for Windows workloads, but these configurations are marked out of stock. This leaves KVM Linux VPS as the practical virtual-server choice. Intel Xeon processors and Dell PowerEdge servers are used for the virtualization platform, together with a 99.9% uptime commitment.

Prebuilt dedicated servers are unmanaged systems intended for customers who need rapid deployment and do not require custom hardware. Provisioning normally takes three to four hours after an order has been processed. CPU, memory and storage cannot generally be changed on these preconfigured systems.

Custom dedicated servers allow customers to select or modify RAM and storage. SATA, SSD and selected SAS configurations are available, with Intel Xeon, Intel Core and AMD processor choices. The visible dedicated-server catalog includes legacy dual-Xeon machines, modern Ryzen and Core systems, high-memory multi-processor servers and selected 10 Gbps configurations. These servers can accommodate database applications, streaming, game hosting, storage-heavy workloads and other projects requiring isolated physical resources.

Dedicated systems normally include five usable IPv4 addresses and a /64 IPv6 allocation. Port options range from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps, with 40 Gbps available on selected custom systems. Limited DDoS mitigation is included, while higher protection levels cost extra. Dedicated servers are explicitly unmanaged, so administration, operating-system maintenance and application security remain the customer’s responsibility unless separate assistance is arranged.

Domain registration and transfers are available for common extensions including .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .co, .us and .co.uk. DNS management, registrar locking, EPP protection and optional identity protection are incorporated into the domain-management environment. SSL certificates are part of the overall product range, while cloud accounts include an SSL certificate generator; however, a separate current SSL pricing catalog is not available.

The website operates in English, and product prices are displayed in US dollars. There is no complete multilingual storefront, although the Hepsia control panel used for cloud hosting supports multiple interface languages.

The interface has an older template-driven appearance and several unfinished elements. The data-center section still contains "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" headings, some cart categories return empty results or redirects, and fragments such as "44cop" remain visible.
