HostingLotus is a long-running Thai hosting provider closely integrated with Metrabyte Cloud and Metrabyte Datacenter. The group's hosting history reaches back to 2012, when Linux web hosting began operating under the HostingLotus.com brand. This gives the service considerably more operating history than many newer cloud-only providers in Thailand.

The commercial structure involves both Metrabyte Cloud Co., Ltd. and Hostinglotus Co., Ltd. Metrabyte Cloud handles important parts of the hosting, infrastructure, support and corporate operation, while Hostinglotus Co., Ltd. is also used for payments and local business activities. Both companies operate within the same Bangkok hosting ecosystem.

HostingLotus has an unusually broad product portfolio for a locally focused provider. Services include Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Windows Hosting, Moodle Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Linux VPS, Windows VPS, Forex VPS, Game VPS, Dedicated Servers, Domains, SSL Certificates and business email. Website development, website maintenance, malware removal, SEO and digital marketing services are also available.

Traditional shared hosting remains one of the main entry-level products. Packages are divided according to storage, database, email and multi-domain requirements, including Unlimited Database & Email, Unlimited Database SSD, Unlimited Domain, Unlimited Domain SSD and Unlimited Disk Space plans. Free Let's Encrypt SSL, webmail, databases, email hosting, application installation and security features are included across much of the shared-hosting range.

The Unlimited Database & Email plans work particularly well for customers operating multiple database-driven websites or requiring many mailboxes. SSD versions provide better storage performance, while higher-capacity packages are better suited to customers who prioritize disk space.
