Some legal and network records continue to use the earlier PT Hostingan Awan Indonesia identity, including the company’s autonomous network registration. Unlimited Hosting uses DirectAdmin instead of cPanel and combines SSD storage, LiteSpeed Enterprise, Imunify360, and monthly backups. Storage is marketed as unlimited, although practical resource limits still apply through inode allocations and hosted-domain limits. Entry packages support one domain, while the Super Pro package allows unlimited hosted domains. CPU and RAM allocations increase across the range, reaching 4 vCPU and 4 GB RAM on Super Pro.

Domain registration covers both Indonesian and international extensions. Customers can register and manage .ID, .CO.ID, .MY.ID, .WEB.ID, .COM, .NET, .ORG, and many other extensions, with DNS management included in the domain administration platform.

The SSL Certificate range includes Sectigo PositiveSSL and PremiumSSL certificates in standard and wildcard versions. Free certificate reissues and installation assistance are available, while warranty levels depend on the selected certificate.

A separate Premium VPN service supports Windows, macOS, Android, and iPhone devices. Each account can be used on up to five devices and provides access to more than 53 server locations. The service is offered under a no-logs policy with monthly and annual billing.

Email protection can also be purchased separately through SpamExperts. Incoming filtering, outgoing filtering, and email archiving are available as individual services.
