HostFly.by is a Belarusian cloud hosting provider and domain registrar operated by Support Chain LLC. The company was founded in 2005 and initially gained experience in international hosting markets. Its localized Belarusian operation launched in 2018, combining established technical expertise with domestic billing, local infrastructure, and Russian-language customer service.

Support Chain LLC is a resident of the Belarus Hi-Tech Park and an official registrar for the national .BY and .БЕЛ domain extensions. The company employs several dozen people, while Pavel Voronin serves as its director.

HostFly expanded through both organic development and the acquisition or transfer of customers from other Belarusian hosting providers. In February 2022, it acquired a hosting business with a ten-year operating history and transferred its customers to the HostFly platform. Additional customer-base transfer agreements followed during 2023 and 2024. This consolidation experience strengthens its ability to manage migrations and absorb established hosting portfolios without forcing customers to rebuild their services from scratch.

The regular Cloud Hosting platform uses CloudLinux within a KVM-based cluster connected to shared NVMe storage. Automatic failover, daily, weekly, and monthly backups, free Let’s Encrypt certificates, MariaDB, LiteSpeed, SSH, Git, Cron, IPv4, and IPv6 are included. Most plans permit unlimited websites, databases, email accounts, FTP users, subdomains, and traffic, although the entry-level Cloud Mini package has lower website and storage allowances.

The hosting environment supports PHP 4.4 through current PHP 8.x versions, Python, Ruby, Node.js, Redis, Memcached, LiteSpeed Cache, FTP, SSH, Git, MariaDB, and more than 150 automated application installations. This is a versatile shared-hosting stack for company websites, content management systems, online stores, development projects, and custom web applications.

WordPress Hosting uses an optimized LiteSpeed configuration with automatic Let’s Encrypt installation, WordPress Toolkit, Brizy website-building tools, free migration, and QUIC.cloud CDN integration. The principal packages include between 10 GB and 40 GB of NVMe storage, while the larger plans add more CPU power, memory, WooCommerce resources, Redis, Memcached, and a dedicated IP address.

Cloud VPS is offered in unmanaged and managed configurations. The virtual servers use KVM virtualization and SSD storage, with Linux and Windows operating systems, root-level access, a 1 Gbit/s network port, up to 6 TB of included traffic, and automatic backups. Managed packages add continuous monitoring, software installation, web and database server configuration, firewall setup, DNS administration, operating-system reinstalls, and website migration assistance.

The specialized Windows VPS service provides between 40 GB and 200 GB of SSD storage. It supports RDP, Windows applications, terminal services, and 1C installations, making it particularly suitable for Belarusian businesses that need remote accounting, enterprise management, or office software.

1C-Bitrix Hosting is optimized for landing pages, company websites, online stores, corporate portals, and higher-load e-commerce projects. The packages include between 20 GB and 80 GB of NVMe storage, 2 to 4 processor cores, 2 GB to 8 GB of RAM, free SSL certificates, email hosting, backups, and dedicated IP addresses with the larger configurations. HostFly also maintains 1C-Bitrix hosting-partner status, with regular platform certification of the infrastructure.

1C Accounting in the Cloud provides private Windows virtual machines with KVM virtualization, RDP access, optional additional users, scalable processor and memory resources, remote backups, and support for electronic-signature keys located with the server equipment. Access histories, blacklists, whitelists, protected communication channels, and complete deletion upon an authorized request are valuable features for organizations working with accounting and financial records.

Dedicated Servers include 1 Gbit/s connectivity, two IP addresses, 6 TB of monthly traffic, root access, IPMI/KVM remote administration, and power controls through the customer account. The standard configurations begin with Intel Xeon E3-1220 processors, 10 GB of DDR3 memory, and two 1 TB hard drives. The E3-1220, E3-1240, and E5-2620 systems remain suitable for conventional business applications, hosting workloads, backup servers, and legacy software, although the hardware generation is older than the latest AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon platforms.

SecureCloud is one of the most distinctive services in the portfolio. It is intended for Belarusian organizations that process personal, medical, financial, or otherwise restricted information. The protected environment includes L3–L5 DDoS protection with capacity up to 600 Gbit/s, an isolated private network, WAF and firewall protection, antivirus scanning, encrypted VPN access, continuous monitoring, external backups, and an attested security perimeter. Available packages range from 2 GB to 32 GB of RAM and from 40 GB to 200 GB of SSD storage.

The remaining services include domain email with pooled storage and unlimited mailboxes, national and international domain registration, expired .BY and .БЕЛ domain auctions, commercial SSL certificates, an adaptive website builder with more than 200 templates, and Belarus-hosted S3-compatible object storage. The S3 platform is available with capacities from 100 GB to 1 TB and supports the Amazon S3 API.

The customer interface and documentation are primarily in Russian, while services are normally billed in Belarusian rubles (BYN). The strong localization is convenient for domestic customers, although international companies may need Russian-speaking personnel to use the platform efficiently. Conventional reseller hosting and public colocation packages are not part of the main service range.
