HostEONS is a Singapore-based hosting provider founded by Kapil Jain and launched on May 8, 2018. Hosteons Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in Singapore on February 22, 2018, under registration number 201806413N. Jain had already worked in the hosting industry since 2003 and in information technology since 1998, giving the business considerably more operational experience than its foundation date alone might suggest. The company operates as a privately held business with a relatively small team.

HostEONS maintains registered business locations in Singapore and Surat, India, while its hosting infrastructure covers several locations across the United States and Europe. Its service portfolio includes shared hosting, reseller hosting, KVM VPS, Ryzen VPS, virtual dedicated servers, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates and hosting-business billing licenses. This gives the company a broader catalog than providers concentrating exclusively on inexpensive virtual servers.

Shared Web Hosting uses RAID-protected SSD storage together with DirectAdmin, LiteSpeed Web Server, CloudLinux, Softaculous, a drag-and-drop website builder, Node.js support, Python support, free SSL certificates and unmetered bandwidth. Accounts can host multiple domains, databases and email addresses, although CPU, memory, input/output, process and inode limits still apply.

The active hosting configurations specify backup creation on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Some older company information refers to daily backups, so customers with important websites should treat the current service configuration as authoritative and maintain an independent off-site backup.

Reseller Hosting uses the same DirectAdmin, LiteSpeed and CloudLinux platform. Resellers can create and remove customer accounts, host unlimited domains and use unmetered bandwidth within the storage and resource limits of the selected package. SSH access is included for the main reseller account, while free SSL certificates, Softaculous, a website builder and a Blesta license provide most of the software needed to start a small hosting operation.

The virtual-server catalog is extensive. Premium Ryzen KVM VPS plans use NVMe storage and shared Ryzen processing resources, while Budget KVM VPS plans provide lower-cost SSD-based configurations. European KVM servers are available in France and Germany with NVMe storage and Intel Xeon processors.

Current VPS families use KVM virtualization and include root access, one IPv4 address, a native /64 IPv6 allocation, reverse DNS management, VNC console access, operating-system reinstallation and DDoS protection. These are unmanaged products intended for customers capable of installing, securing and maintaining their own server environment.

The Ryzen 7950X VDS, also categorized as a hybrid dedicated server, allocates dedicated CPU cores, NVMe storage and access to a shared 10 Gbps network port. It sits between an ordinary VPS and a physical dedicated server, making it suitable for application hosting, development systems, databases and workloads that need more predictable processor availability.

A lower-priced Ryzen 3950X hybrid range is also available in Salt Lake City. Inventory can vary, and some larger configurations may periodically become unavailable.

Linux and Windows installations are supported on eligible KVM configurations. Certain VPS packages include a Windows Server 2019 license when purchased with a qualifying longer billing period. Custom ISO mounting is also available for customers who need to install an alternative operating system.

Cryptocurrency, artificial-intelligence and blockchain mining are prohibited on the hybrid-server range, despite the comparatively powerful processors offered with those plans.

The dedicated-server catalog is divided into several product families. Budget Dedicated Servers are located in Kansas City and include older dual-Xeon hardware at relatively low monthly prices. Provisioning can require up to 24 hours, and some configurations do not include IPMI, hardware RAID or remote reboot access.

DDoS-Protected Dedicated Servers are located in Salt Lake City and include NVMe storage, IPMI, an unmetered 1 Gbps connection and up to 20 Gbps of network filtering. Availability varies, and several configurations may be temporarily out of stock.

Instant Dedicated Servers cover locations in the United States and India. These machines use predefined hardware configurations and are activated after payment and account verification. Customers receive access to a management interface for operating-system reinstallation, rebooting and root-password changes.

Some dedicated-server information still includes older processors, legacy operating-system references and discontinued location options. The live ordering system provides the most accurate indication of currently available hardware, locations and prices.

Domain registration is available across several hundred extensions. Registration, transfer and renewal prices are listed separately, which is useful because renewal charges can exceed introductory registration prices. Free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates are included with shared and reseller hosting.

A free internal Blesta license can be requested for eligible hosting products. The license must operate on the HostEONS network, is limited to one license per qualifying service and is issued through a support ticket. Some premium Ryzen VPS promotions also include a DirectAdmin Personal license.

The main company website is available in English. The billing and client portal supports Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Brazilian Portuguese, European Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian.

Available billing currencies include USD, SGD, EUR and INR, making the ordering process more practical for customers from several regions.

The client portal has a reasonably modern layout and clearly displays inventory, billing cycles and configurable service options. The main company website uses an older responsive design and contains some duplicated text, inconsistent terminology and legacy product information. It remains functional on mobile devices, although the ordering portal offers a more accurate and organized representation of the current service catalog.
