Hostenko is a specialized WordPress hosting provider focused on simplifying the complete WordPress workflow rather than offering a broad catalog of generic hosting services. The Hostenko domain dates back to 2010, and the service was already active in the WordPress hosting market by 2011. The current operating company is INETCLOUD INC., headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The company concentrates on managed WordPress hosting. There are no Hostenko-branded VPS, dedicated server, reseller hosting, or colocation plans in the current product range. The service instead revolves around installing, hosting, transferring, maintaining, and developing WordPress websites.

New customers can create a WordPress installation directly through Hostenko's website creation system. Databases, users, WordPress files, and the basic configuration are handled automatically, reducing the amount of work normally required for a manual WordPress deployment. A new account is activated immediately after registration, while the 14-day free Trial can be used without entering payment details.

The Trial plan supports one website and one MySQL database with 500 MB SSD storage. Paid packages expand these limits considerably. Single supports 5 websites, 5 MySQL databases, and 20 GB SSD storage. Triple increases this to 15 websites, 15 databases, and 40 GB SSD, while Lucky supports 30 websites, 30 databases, and 60 GB SSD. Traffic is unlimited, custom domains can be connected, and free SSL together with 30 days of backups are included.

Every hosted website is isolated from other websites within the same account, providing an additional security layer if one WordPress installation becomes compromised. All hosting servers use SSD storage, while free Let's Encrypt SSL can be enabled from the customer account and renewed automatically.

Backups are particularly useful for WordPress management. Hostenko keeps restore points covering the previous 30 days, and customers can select a date and restore a website directly without waiting for manual intervention from support.

Developer access can also be delegated without giving a freelancer or external developer the password for the primary Hostenko account. This is convenient for agencies and website owners working with third-party WordPress specialists.

Existing WordPress customers can receive free website migration after purchasing a paid hosting package. Hostenko's Comfortable Transition program can also add the unused portion of the previous provider's hosting term to the newly purchased Hostenko period. The added time cannot exceed the period purchased from Hostenko, and access to the old hosting account is required so the remaining term can be confirmed and the site transferred.

Hostenko also operates WPcafe, a substantial WordPress educational resource containing tutorials, technical articles, and website-management guides. WPcafe.org became part of Hostenko in December 2017, extending the service beyond hosting into WordPress education and practical website administration.

A separate Hostenko freelance marketplace connects customers with specialists for new WordPress websites, WooCommerce development, modifications, optimization, migration, malware cleanup, and related technical work. This gives customers an additional option when a task goes beyond the scope of normal hosting support.

The platform is strongly oriented toward Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking customers, with Ukrainian and Russian localization available. A complete English customer-facing interface does not exist, which makes the service less convenient for users who do not understand either language.
