For services like cloud hosting, dedicated servers, VPS or colocation, customers have the possibility to choose the location of the server they purchase.

Cloud hosting includes SSD drives and cutting-edge hardware for high quality servers. These are scalable cloud servers and customers can scale CPU, RAM or disk space. At the same time, they have the possibility to either choose from recommended plans or customize their own cloud plan. More than that, customers can choose whatever operating system fits their needs best, the type of control panel that they find more user-friendly (cPanel; Plesk; InterWorx or no control panel at all), and the kind of management they want; they have the following options for their servers: self-managed; fully managed; fully managed enterprise; managed.

Dedicated servers are divided into bare-metal servers and global bare-metal servers. Bare-metal servers can be self-managed or managed services. Managed dedicated servers work on Linux and they are equipped with server monitoring, DDoS protection, additional software tools, hot-swappable drive chassis with control panel included. Self-managed dedicated servers also provide hot-swappable drive chassis, control panel and DDoS protection, but these use self management.

VPS hosting is available in data centers located in Brazil, India or UK. These include the RAM, CPU, disk space and bandwidth allotment and use KVM virtualization, as well as self management.
