HostCab is an Armenia-based web hosting and domain registration company operated by Ayb Solutions LLC. The HostCab brand has been active since 2008, initially as a sole-proprietor business before operating under the later LLC structure. Vazgen Ghazaryan has long been associated with the company’s ownership and management.

Domain registration is an important part of the business. Ayb Solutions LLC is an accredited registrar for Armenia’s .am and .հայ domain extensions, while HostCab also offers a broad range of generic and international country-code domains. Customers can register, renew, and transfer domains, change nameservers, update contact information, maintain account balances, and automate domain operations through an HTTP API.

Cloud Hosting is aimed at personal websites, small companies, and conventional business projects. The plans support between 1 and 9 hosted domains and include unlimited storage, unlimited email accounts, free SSL certificates, one-click application installation, periodic backups, and free website migration. Storage runs on Ceph with 3N redundancy, keeping three copies of customer data on separate storage devices.

Semi-Dedicated Hosting provides more processing capacity for online stores, busy websites, and projects that require additional resources without the administrative responsibilities of a VPS. These plans include unlimited domains, unlimited disk space, unlimited email accounts, SSH access, free SSL certificates, backups, and migration assistance.

VPS Hosting is available in five SSD-based configurations with 1 to 3 CPU cores, 1 to 16 GB RAM, 20 to 320 GB storage, and monthly traffic allocations between 1 and 6 TB. The platform uses OpenVZ virtualization and supports CentOS, Debian, and Ubuntu. Root access and guaranteed resources are included, and customers can upgrade to larger packages as their requirements increase.

OpenVZ uses operating-system-level containers rather than fully isolated virtual machines. It remains suitable for standard Linux hosting, development environments, application servers, and web projects, although customers needing custom kernels or stronger virtualization isolation may prefer a KVM-based platform.

The domain portfolio covers extensions such as .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .name, .mobi, .asia, and .pro, together with country-code options including .am, .ru, .ae, .ca, .cn, .de, .es, .eu, .ie, .it, .jp, .no, .pt, .se, .uk, and .us. Certain country extensions require local presence or additional eligibility documentation. Domain privacy costs an additional $9 for many supported extensions, while privacy is included with .ru domains.

SSL certificates are issued by Sectigo. The available products include a single-domain PositiveSSL certificate and a wildcard certificate for securing subdomains. Both use domain validation and encryption of up to 256 bits.

The website is available in English, Spanish, Russian, and Armenian, making the service more accessible to both local and international customers. Retail hosting prices are displayed in USD. The reseller API also supports USD, EUR, RUB, AMD, UAH, and ARS currency codes and can return error messages in several languages.
