Remote Desktop access, VNC, snapshots, static IP addresses, unlimited bandwidth, firewall protection and DDoS protection are included. Domain registration covers more than 650 extensions. Domain services are handled through registrar partners, with OpenSRS used within the domain-management environment. WHOIS privacy is available for supported extensions, and customers can obtain transfer authorization when moving domains elsewhere.

Email hosting is included with paid shared hosting plans and uses SmarterMail. Standard features include SMTP, POP3, IMAP, webmail, aliases, forwarding, autoresponders, spam filtering and antivirus protection. DNS configuration for email includes MX, SPF, DMARC and mail-host records. SMTP sending from hosted scripts is restricted on trial accounts and becomes available with paid service.
