Host-Telecom.com is a Czech hosting, cloud, and data-center infrastructure provider operating since 2006. The company trades as Host-telecom.com, s.r.o., with Pavel Chernobrov as founder and CEO. Its infrastructure history started with data-center operations in České Budějovice and expanded in 2015 with its facility in Veselí nad Lužnicí, built around Tier III requirements.

The company covers considerably more than conventional shared hosting. Its portfolio includes Shared Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS/VDS, Dedicated Servers, Dedicated Mac mini, Dedicated Racks, Colocation, Virtual Data Center/IaaS, Cloud Storage, Backup Storage, Mail Hosting, Managed Services, domain registration, SSL certificates, IPv4 leasing, and software licenses. This makes Host-Telecom particularly suitable for customers who may begin with virtual hosting and later need dedicated hardware, colocation, or hybrid infrastructure without changing providers.

The Shared Web Hosting platform uses SSD storage and cPanel. Packages support multiple websites, MySQL databases, FTP accounts, and email accounts, with WP Toolkit, account isolation, daily backups, one-click restoration, free SSL certificates, malware scanning with ImunifyAV, and 24/7 technical support. Plans scale from smaller accounts suitable for a few websites to larger configurations supporting up to 100 websites and 100 GB of storage.

Reseller Hosting is available for agencies, developers, and hosting businesses that need separate customer accounts. The entry reseller configuration includes ten cPanel accounts and 20 GB of disk space.

The VPS/VDS platform uses KVM virtualization, while XEN can be supplied on request. VPS customers receive administrative access, a dedicated IPv4 address, optional IPv6, VNC or serial-console access, and a choice of operating systems. AMD EPYC options include systems based on the EPYC 7402 processor with 24 cores, ECC memory, and NVMe storage. These machines are suitable for databases, virtualization, high-load applications, corporate infrastructure, and workloads that require dedicated physical resources.

A distinctive product is Dedicated Mac mini hosting. Apple Mac mini systems, including M4 and M4 Pro models, can be deployed as dedicated bare-metal servers. This is useful for macOS development, CI/CD systems, Apple application testing, and other workloads that specifically require Apple hardware.

The Virtual Data Center (VDC/IaaS) service allows CPU, RAM, SSD or HDD capacity, and floating IP resources to be combined into custom virtual infrastructure. Host-Telecom also operates an extensive IPv4 leasing service. Subnets are available from /24 upward, and larger allocations reduce the effective monthly cost per address. Leased IP space can normally be deployed quickly, making the service useful for hosting companies, network operators, SaaS providers, and other businesses requiring additional address capacity.

Domain registration and commercial SSL certificates are available alongside the hosting portfolio. SSL options cover DV, OV, EV, Wildcard, and multi-domain requirements, including certificates from GoGetSSL.

Managed infrastructure is another important part of the business. Managed VPS and Dedicated Server packages combine monitoring with included system-administration time and defined support response targets. Depending on the package, monitoring can include network availability, services, CPU usage, RAM, storage, databases, PHP-FPM, RAID, SSL, and application-level components.

Host-Telecom obtained ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certification in 2018, covering its core hosting, virtual server, dedicated server, colocation, cloud, and data-center activities.
