The company operates under the Hostname name and works with individuals, developers, small and medium-sized businesses, larger companies, and public-sector organizations. Hardy Hernández Latorre serves as CEO and legal representative, while the business employs an estimated 11–50 people.

One of its main advantages is its own data center infrastructure in Santiago. This gives the company direct control over its servers, networking, physical security, power systems, cooling, and technical intervention. It is particularly suitable for Chilean organizations that need local hosting, low domestic latency, Spanish-language assistance, and data stored within Chile. Its quality-management operation is certified under ISO 9001:2015.

The service portfolio includes Web Hosting, Linux and Windows VPS, Dedicated Servers, Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, Reseller Hosting, and server housing or colocation. Every shared hosting plan includes unlimited data transfer, free SSL certificates, FTP access, subdomains, antispam filtering, antivirus protection, firewall security, daily backups, and cPanel administration. Organizations that require more recent processors, stronger single-core performance, intensive virtualization, or specialized AI processing should request a custom hardware configuration.

Domain services cover extensions such as .cl, .com, .org, .net, and .info. Registration, transfer assistance, DNS administration, and renewal management are available from the same customer environment.

The SSL Certificate range uses Sectigo products. Essential SSL protects one domain, while the Wildcard certificate protects a domain together with its subdomains. Both use 256-bit encryption and include a USD 10,000 warranty. Certificate installation is available for websites operating on the company’s cPanel platforms.

The website and customer service operate primarily in Spanish, while hosting prices are displayed in Chilean pesos and normally exclude Chilean VAT.
