The company offers shared hosting, reseller hosting, Linux VPS, SSD/NVMe VPS, Windows VPS/RDP, dedicated servers, domain registration and transfers, SSL certificates, server-management services, and a cloud-based commercial-management application.

The shared hosting range uses cPanel and SSD storage and includes MariaDB/MySQL databases, email hosting, PHP, SSL certificates, and Softaculous. Entry packages are suitable for smaller websites and blogs, while the larger Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited configurations provide substantially more storage, hosted domains, email accounts, databases, and traffic capacity. Higher-end packages also include support for technologies such as Node.js and MongoDB.

Dedicated bandwidth is generally unmetered within the port limitations of the selected configuration, with individual servers commonly using connections in the 250 Mbps to 500 Mbps range.

Dedicated and VPS customers can also purchase server-management services. Basic, Semi-Managed, and Fully-Managed levels are available, covering different combinations of initial configuration, software updates, security administration, monitoring, backups, operating-system maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoration work. This makes the infrastructure suitable both for experienced administrators who want full control and for businesses that prefer technical administration to be handled for them.

HEDOMA is also active in domain registration and transfer, particularly within Morocco's .ma namespace.
