HEDOMA Group is a Moroccan hosting and Internet-services provider operating since 2008, with services centered on customers in Morocco and additional infrastructure and business presence in France. The company offers shared hosting, reseller hosting, Linux VPS, SSD/NVMe VPS, Windows VPS/RDP, dedicated servers, domain registration and transfers, SSL certificates, server-management services, and a cloud-based commercial-management application.

The shared hosting range uses cPanel and SSD storage and includes MariaDB/MySQL databases, email hosting, PHP, SSL certificates, and Softaculous. Entry packages are suitable for smaller websites and blogs, while the larger Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited configurations provide substantially more storage, hosted domains, email accounts, databases, and traffic capacity. Higher-end packages also include support for technologies such as Node.js and MongoDB.

The Windows VPS/RDP range provides full administrator access and is available with both conventional RAID storage and faster SSD configurations. Smaller servers begin with approximately 4 GB RAM, while larger systems reach 32 GB RAM with progressively higher CPU and storage allocations. These packages are suitable for remote Windows applications, administrative environments, accounting software, development systems, automation workloads, and other applications requiring persistent Remote Desktop access.

For workloads that require physical hardware, Dedicated Servers use Intel Xeon-class processors with SATA or SSD storage. Entry configurations include approximately 16 GB RAM and dual-drive storage, while larger servers reach 32 GB, 64 GB, or higher memory allocations. Dedicated bandwidth is generally unmetered within the port limitations of the selected configuration, with individual servers commonly using connections in the 250 Mbps to 500 Mbps range.

Dedicated and VPS customers can also purchase server-management services. Basic, Semi-Managed, and Fully-Managed levels are available, covering different combinations of initial configuration, software updates, security administration, monitoring, backups, operating-system maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoration work. This makes the infrastructure suitable both for experienced administrators who want full control and for businesses that prefer technical administration to be handled for them.

HEDOMA is also active in domain registration and transfer, particularly within Morocco's .ma namespace. Available extensions include .ma, .co.ma, .org.ma, .net.ma, .ac.ma, and other Moroccan domains, together with widely used international extensions such as .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .eu, .me, .tv, and .io. Customers retain ownership of domains registered through the service and can manage normal domain-security functions through their accounts.

The SSL certificate portfolio includes domain-validated and extended-validation certificates, with installation included for applicable products.

A separate cloud-based commercial-management application covers sales, inventory, CRM, cash-register operations, VAT, reporting, analytics, and business administration. Packages support different numbers of users, and a limited one-month trial is available.

Localization is unusually extensive for a regional hosting provider. The customer area supports Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, and Ukrainian. French remains especially important throughout the service, while English is also supported. Customers can work with prices in MAD, EUR, and USD.

The overall catalog combines newer NVMe, DDR5, recent Windows Server, and PHP 8.x configurations with some older product generations. This gives customers a broad choice, although specifications can differ considerably between individual packages.
