HB.BY is an established Belarusian web hosting, cloud infrastructure and domain-registration provider operated by TriInCom LLC. The service began in 2008, when three software developers from Polotsk created a hosting platform for their own online projects. The hb.by domain was registered on May 13, 2008, the first server was purchased in October of that year, and the first commercial hosting customer joined in April 2009.

Entrepreneur Robert Ermakov is one of the founders and serves as director of TriInCom. The current legal entity was registered on July 22, 2013. Accreditation for registering Belarusian domains followed in September 2013, and HB.BY subsequently became the sixth official registrar operating in the national domain zone.

The company has developed into a comprehensive provider for Belarusian individuals, developers, businesses and public-sector organizations. It serves more than 10,000 customers, operates as an official registrar for .BY and .БЕЛ, supports registration across more than 1,000 international domain extensions and is a resident of the Belarus High Technology Park. HB.BY received recognition in the "Promising Belarusian Brands" competition in 2024 and won the "People’s Choice" award in the hosting-provider category in 2025.

Its service portfolio includes domain registration and transfers, Linux shared hosting, Windows hosting, WordPress hosting, Joomla hosting, 1C-Bitrix hosting, VPS/VDS, managed server administration, Nextcloud cloud storage, corporate email, email migration, SSL certificates, a website builder, online-payment integration and assistance with BelGIE website registration.

HB.BY operates its hosting platform on company-owned professional server hardware installed in a Minsk data center. Its engineers therefore maintain direct control over the servers, operating systems, storage platform, hosting environments, control panels and customer migrations.

The standard Unix shared hosting environment uses NVMe storage, Apache, nginx, MariaDB, Redis, OPcache, Cron, ionCube and mod_rewrite, with PHP versions available through PHP 8.5. Plans include unlimited traffic, free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates, DDoS protection, DNS management and automated backups retained for the previous three weeks. The entry package provides 10 GB of storage, one CPU core, 1 GB of RAM and support for one website.

Windows hosting is suitable for projects that depend on Microsoft technologies and provides more flexibility than the basic Windows packages available from many smaller regional providers. The platform combines Plesk, IIS 10, ASP.NET 1.0–4.8, recent ASP.NET Core releases, PHP, Microsoft SQL Server 2022 and 2016 R2, MariaDB, Web Deploy, HTTP/2 and TLS 1.3. Plans include unlimited traffic, mailboxes and FTP accounts, together with free SSL and a 14-day trial.

The specialized WordPress hosting packages use Plesk and WP Toolkit, providing one-click installation, simplified updates, staging functions and routine WordPress management. The technical environment includes MariaDB 11.4, Redis, memcached, OPcache, PHP-FPM and optimized Apache and nginx configurations. These packages suit blogs, company websites and WooCommerce stores that need a managed environment without the administrative responsibility of a VPS.

Joomla hosting follows a similar NVMe-based structure but uses ISPmanager and includes one-click Joomla installation. 1C-Bitrix hosting is optimized for business websites, online stores, product catalogs and corporate portals based on the Bitrix platform. It includes Plesk, Redis, OPcache, MariaDB, free SSL and a 14-day trial.

The VPS/VDS service is hosted in Minsk and uses Intel Xeon Gold 6248R processors, DDR4 memory and NVMe storage capable of reaching approximately 15,000 IOPS. Traffic is unlimited, and customers can choose from Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, Oracle Linux, BitrixVM and several Windows desktop and server editions.

FASTPANEL or Webmin can be installed on request. Separate managed-administration packages cover operating-system updates, software installation, firewall configuration, SSL deployment, website migrations, backup restoration and technical incident resolution.

The Nextcloud Pro service provides private cloud storage for documents, photographs and shared company files. The entry package includes one CPU core, 1 GB of RAM, 150 GB of storage and unlimited traffic. Turbo configurations increase processing resources and memory, while the larger packages provide several hundred gigabytes of storage.

Corporate email is available independently of the shared-hosting packages. The service uses Postfix with Roundcube or SOGo Webmail and supports SMTP, POP, IMAP and MAPI. Security and deliverability features include SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Customers can connect as many as ten domains to one corporate-email order and create an unlimited number of mailboxes within the purchased storage allocation. Initial configuration, mailbox migration, anti-spam protection, malware filtering and encrypted connections are included.

The domain-registration service covers more than 1,000 national and international extensions. Registrations for .BY and .БЕЛ are processed directly under HB.BY’s registrar accreditation. Customers also receive DNS management, WHOIS tools, renewal notifications and domain forwarding.

A simple one-page business-card website can be activated without separate hosting charges for each domain registered or transferred to HB.BY. This is useful for customers who need a basic online presence, contact page or temporary landing page without purchasing a full hosting package.

The website builder includes more than 200 templates, visual design controls, contact forms, blogs, social integrations, appointment scheduling and e-commerce functions. A basic one-page version is included with an HB.BY-managed domain, while the paid packages add more pages, storage and commercial tools.

The current service range does not include standardized dedicated-server rental, colocation or reseller-hosting packages. Customers requiring more isolation and control than shared hosting provides must use the VPS platform or arrange a customized infrastructure solution.

The website has a modern and responsive design, with a structured catalog and direct access to technical details, pricing and account management. The primary interface, documentation and ordering process are in Russian, making the service most practical for Russian-speaking customers.
