📄 Editorial Review

GZIDC / New Generation Data Center is a long-established Chinese hosting, cloud and data-center provider operated by Guangdong JinWanBang Technology Investment Co., Ltd. Founded in 2000 in Guangzhou, the company has accumulated more than two decades of experience in Internet infrastructure and holds ISP, ICP, IDC and access-network telecommunications qualifications together with ISO20000, ISO27001 and ISO9001 certifications. It is also an ICANN-accredited domain registrar under IANA registrar ID 1525.

Its portfolio is significantly broader than conventional shared hosting. Services cover colocation, dedicated server rental, dedicated connectivity, domains, shared and virtual hosting, cloud servers, enterprise email and SSL certificates, alongside infrastructure security products such as High-Defense IP, Web Firewall, Game Shield, Bastion Host and endpoint-security services. The range has also expanded into AI-related products, including AI customer-service tools, model/API services and GEO/AEO services.

Traditional virtual hosting remains available with mainland China, Hong Kong and US-oriented plans. Domestic Hurricane hosting supports both Windows and Linux, with ASP available on Windows and PHP on Linux, while some larger Windows packages include ASP.NET and MSSQL. Hong Kong hosting is offered with standard and accelerated connectivity, making it particularly relevant for websites targeting mainland China, Hong Kong and the wider Asian market.

The hosting portfolio still contains several older technology references, including ASP.NET 2.0/3.5/4.0 and legacy MySQL documentation. This makes part of the shared-hosting range look dated compared with modern cloud-oriented hosting platforms, although the infrastructure and cloud side of the business is considerably more advanced.

Dedicated physical servers are available with Xeon E5-class hardware, 7x24 on-site technical assistance, no setup charge and optional dedicated bandwidth or CDN upgrades. Some rental arrangements allow ownership of the physical equipment to transfer to the customer after three full years of continuous rental.

Cloud services are an important part of the business. Their Xing Cloud / New Generation Cloud platform supports configurable CPU, memory, storage and bandwidth, Windows and Linux systems, snapshots, full backups, password resets, operating-system reinstallation and both software and hardware reboot controls. Network options include domestic BGP, single-carrier connectivity and Hong Kong connectivity.

GZIDC also works with major cloud ecosystems including Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud. This gives business customers access to the company's own infrastructure together with large public-cloud platforms through the same supplier.

Domain registration is another established part of the business. GZIDC is an ICANN-accredited registrar supporting international and Chinese domain extensions including .COM, .NET, .CN, .COM.CN, .NET.CN, .ORG.CN, .BIZ, .INFO, .MOBI and .CO. Domain renewal, expiration and redemption procedures are handled directly through its registrar platform.

Enterprise email includes 10 GB per user, anti-spam and antivirus filtering, message recall, large-file transfer, attachment preview, overseas forwarding, monitoring and backup. Email service availability and sending/receiving reliability are specified at 99.9%, supported by mirrored disaster-recovery infrastructure and 7x24 telephone assistance.

SSL certificates are available from established certificate authorities including RapidSSL, GeoTrust, Thawte and GlobalSign. Products range from basic single-domain certificates to higher-assurance business validation certificates.

The website is primarily Chinese-language, prices are mainly displayed in Chinese yuan (RMB/CNY) and no complete multi-language/localized storefront exists. The company continues to maintain current infrastructure, cloud and corporate information, although parts of the retail hosting interface retain an older fixed-layout design and legacy hosting terminology.
