📄 Editorial Review

Green Webpage is a Romanian web hosting and cloud infrastructure provider founded in 2015 and operated by CODREANU G. GEORGE PFA from Brăila. Founder and owner Codreanu George has a technical background centered on Linux administration, web development, server management, and hosting infrastructure. The Romanian legal entity is registered under Trade Register number F09/768/2015 and CUI 35079962.

The service portfolio covers Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, E-commerce Hosting, KVM VPS, AMD VPS, Cloud/Dedicated Servers, domain registration and transfer, SSL certificates, together with related infrastructure and administration services. Colocation, IT consultancy, support, server administration, and domain registration for Romanian and international extensions are also part of the wider business activity.

The website is primarily available in English, and hosting orders can be displayed in EUR or USD.

Shared Hosting uses a mature Linux hosting stack with SSD storage, email accounts, SSL certificates, databases, domain-related options, technical support, and a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Management is handled through cPanel, while the hosting environment also incorporates Softaculous, CloudLinux PHP Selector, Imunify360, LiteSpeed, and LSCache. This makes the plans suitable for WordPress, Joomla, PrestaShop, and other common PHP/MySQL applications.

Shared hosting infrastructure is available in Bucharest and Dallas, allowing European and North American customers to choose a geographically closer hosting location.

The dedicated WordPress Hosting range begins with smaller single-site configurations and extends to packages intended for several websites and heavier traffic. Typical resources include SSD storage, email hosting, SSH/SFTP access, one-click application installation, and free domain registration with eligible annual plans. Entry configurations provide around 10 GB SSD storage, while larger packages increase storage and the number of websites that can be hosted.

E-commerce Hosting offers larger resource allocations for applications such as WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart, osCommerce, and Zen Cart. These accounts retain the cPanel, LiteSpeed, and Imunify360 environment and include SSL, email, databases, and migration assistance. Higher packages increase SSD capacity considerably, while the largest tier uses an unlimited-storage allocation subject to fair-use conditions.

One of the strongest areas of Green Webpage is its KVM VPS service. Virtual servers include full root access, dedicated resources, SSD or NVMe storage, DDoS protection, IPv4 addressing, and bandwidth allocations that can reach 12 TB on larger configurations. Both Intel Xeon and AMD-based systems are available.

The VPS management environment provides start, stop, reboot, operating-system reinstall, resource statistics, operating-system templates, LAMP deployment, reverse DNS management, and custom ISO installation. Server deployment is generally automated and there is no setup fee on the standard VPS range.

The VPS network extends across 19 locations: Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, New York, Phoenix, Bucharest, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris, London, Manchester, The Hague, Zurich, Madrid, Stockholm, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Sydney. Availability varies according to server type and capacity, so individual VPS configurations may not always be in stock in every location.

Cloud and Dedicated Servers cover considerably heavier workloads. These systems use enterprise server hardware, local SSD or RAID storage, DDoS protection, dedicated IP addressing, and reserved CPU and RAM resources. Standard configurations range from roughly 32 GB to 128 GB RAM, with 16 to 64 vCPUs, hundreds of gigabytes to more than 1 TB of storage, and bandwidth allowances reaching tens of terabytes. Customized configurations can also be arranged.

Domain registration and domain transfers are integrated into the same customer system. Eligible annual hosting plans may include registration for common extensions such as .com, .info, .net, and .org.

SSL certificates are available separately from established certificate authorities including RapidSSL, GeoTrust, and DigiCert, covering DV, wildcard, and EV requirements. Free SSL is already included with suitable hosting plans, making commercial certificates more relevant where additional validation, warranty, or organization verification is required.

Backup handling deserves particular attention. Hosting packages include backup-related functionality such as JetBackup, while the Terms place responsibility for maintaining independent backups on the customer and allow additional backup services to be supplied separately. Maintaining an external backup remains advisable for important production websites.

Refund conditions also vary by product and promotion. Some hosting offers include a 15-day risk-free period, while other hosting packages use a 30-day guarantee. The formal Terms establish a 14-day withdrawal period, including specific provisions for Web Hosting. For this reason, the applicable conditions for the exact service and billing term should be checked when ordering.

Green Webpage also maintains a strong focus on lower-impact hosting and environmentally responsible infrastructure. Energy efficiency and greener hosting practices are an important part of the company identity, especially for customers looking for hosting with an environmental focus.
