Greens247 is an Egyptian web hosting and technology company operating since 2015. The business originally concentrated on systems integration, hardware and software supply, internal networking, remote-office connectivity, Windows and Linux server deployment, VoIP installations, and surveillance systems. Hosting became a central part of the operation as business customers required faster websites, stable email services, and more responsive technical support.

The company began its hosting activity with a server in France and expanded that infrastructure from 2016 onward. It now serves customers through an Egyptian limited liability company and a United Kingdom company incorporated in December 2020. Wael Azmy is the General Manager of Greens247 and an active director of the UK entity. The company has an estimated workforce of between 11 and 50 employees.

The principal product range includes shared web hosting, isolated cloud hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration, domain transfers, commercial SSL certificates, SpamExperts email protection, email archiving, website migration, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, managed server services, and several professional digital services.

Shared hosting runs on Linux with cPanel, CloudLinux account isolation, Imunify360 security, free SSL certificates, SitePad, and JetBackup. Customers can restore previous versions of their data and create on-demand backup snapshots. The shared plans support WordPress and other PHP-based applications, together with selectable PHP versions, SSH, FTP, terminal access, Node.js, Python, and Git deployment tools. Free migration assistance is available for customers moving an existing website or cPanel account. Odoo Community hosting is based on an unmanaged VPS image with Odoo Community already installed. Root access is included, but administration and security remain the customer’s responsibility. Odoo Enterprise can be installed when the customer supplies a valid separate license.

Additional professional services include web design, website redesign, logo creation, SEO, social media management, expert engineering assistance, and server-to-server migration. These services follow project-based cancellation conditions because design, optimization, or engineering work can begin immediately after the order is accepted.

Domain registrations and transfers are processed through upstream registrar platforms, including Enom and ResellerClub. SSL products cover domain-validated, organization-validated, extended-validation, and wildcard certificates. Automated certificate provisioning and renewal can be used when the domain remains with the same provider and the hosting environment uses cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin.

SpamExperts services include incoming email filtering, outgoing filtering, email continuity, quarantine management, message tracking, and optional archiving. The standard archive includes 10 GB of compressed storage. These services can also protect mail servers hosted outside Greens247, making them useful for companies that want to retain their existing email platform.

The website is available in English and includes localized sections for Spanish, French, German, and Turkish visitors, together with several regional variations. English remains the controlling language for contractual interpretation.

The main website uses a modern responsive design, while some areas of the WHMCS client portal retain an older interface. Several legacy portal sections have not been updated as consistently as the main hosting and legal sections, including an older Cloudflare Railgun product page.
