Greens247 is an Egyptian web hosting and technology company operating since 2015. The business originally concentrated on systems integration, hardware and software supply, internal networking, remote-office connectivity, Windows and Linux server deployment, VoIP installations, and surveillance systems. Hosting became a central part of the operation as business customers required faster websites, stable email services, and more responsive technical support.

The company began its hosting activity with a server in France and expanded that infrastructure from 2016 onward. It now serves customers through an Egyptian limited liability company and a United Kingdom company incorporated in December 2020. Wael Azmy is the General Manager of Greens247 and an active director of the UK entity. The company has an estimated workforce of between 11 and 50 employees.

The principal product range includes shared web hosting, isolated cloud hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration, domain transfers, commercial SSL certificates, SpamExperts email protection, email archiving, website migration, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, managed server services, and several professional digital services.

Shared hosting runs on Linux with cPanel, CloudLinux account isolation, Imunify360 security, free SSL certificates, SitePad, and JetBackup. Customers can restore previous versions of their data and create on-demand backup snapshots. Disaster-recovery copies are stored in another country, providing additional protection if the primary hosting location becomes unavailable.

The shared plans support WordPress and other PHP-based applications, together with selectable PHP versions, SSH, FTP, terminal access, Node.js, Python, and Git deployment tools. This makes the platform practical for ordinary business websites as well as developers who need more control than a basic website-builder account normally provides.

Free migration assistance is available for customers moving an existing website or cPanel account. Migrations are handled on a best-effort basis, so the previous hosting service should remain active until files, databases, DNS records, email accounts, and application functionality have been checked.

Cloud hosting retains the familiar cPanel environment while assigning isolated CPU, memory, and account resources. It is better suited to WooCommerce stores, busy WordPress websites, commercial applications, and projects that need more predictable performance than conventional shared hosting. LiteSpeed, LSCache, LiteMage, CloudLinux, Imunify360, daily backups, and geographically separate disaster recovery are included.

Reseller hosting combines cPanel and WHM within a white-label environment. Resellers can create separate customer accounts, define hosting packages, manage DNS zones, assign resources, and suspend individual accounts when required. CloudLinux limits reduce the possibility of one reseller customer affecting every other account on the server.

WHMCS is available as a paid addition rather than a complimentary reseller license. Existing cPanel accounts can be migrated without charge, which makes the service practical for smaller agencies and hosting businesses moving away from another cPanel provider.

The wider service catalog includes managed WordPress hosting, website-builder hosting, Node.js hosting, email-only hosting, Odoo Community hosting, unmanaged VPS plans, unmanaged dedicated servers, and fully managed servers using cPanel or Plesk. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licenses can also be supplied through the customer account.

Managed and unmanaged server products have clearly different responsibilities. An unmanaged VPS or dedicated server leaves operating-system administration, security, patching, application configuration, monitoring, backups, and recovery with the customer. Fully managed cPanel or Plesk servers include administration of the operating system and core security layer, while customers continue to manage their websites and applications through the selected control panel.

Odoo Community hosting is based on an unmanaged VPS image with Odoo Community already installed. Root access is included, but administration and security remain the customer’s responsibility. Odoo Enterprise can be installed when the customer supplies a valid separate license.

Additional professional services include web design, website redesign, logo creation, SEO, social media management, expert engineering assistance, and server-to-server migration. These services follow project-based cancellation conditions because design, optimization, or engineering work can begin immediately after the order is accepted.

Domain registrations and transfers are processed through upstream registrar platforms, including Enom and ResellerClub. SSL products cover domain-validated, organization-validated, extended-validation, and wildcard certificates. Automated certificate provisioning and renewal can be used when the domain remains with the same provider and the hosting environment uses cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin.

SpamExperts services include incoming email filtering, outgoing filtering, email continuity, quarantine management, message tracking, and optional archiving. The standard archive includes 10 GB of compressed storage. These services can also protect mail servers hosted outside Greens247, making them useful for companies that want to retain their existing email platform.

The website is available in English and includes localized sections for Spanish, French, German, and Turkish visitors, together with several regional variations. English remains the controlling language for contractual interpretation.

The main website uses a modern responsive design, while some areas of the WHMCS client portal retain an older interface. Several legacy portal sections have not been updated as consistently as the main hosting and legal sections, including an older Cloudflare Railgun product page.

Greens247 operates on a business-to-business basis. Its services are intended for companies, agencies, traders, professional users, and other commercial customers rather than private household consumers. Consumer cooling-off protections therefore do not form part of the standard agreement.
