The company developed around the Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay Internet market and now operates from Salinas, California. Got.Net is considerably broader than a conventional shared-hosting provider. Proxmox backups, cluster configuration, networking, storage administration and migration support are included. Security options include ZTNA, MFA, vulnerability scanning and penetration-testing functions.

Dedicated servers are available for customers needing physical hardware rather than virtual infrastructure. One managed configuration uses a Cisco C220 M4 with 24 CPU cores, 64 GB RAM, two 1 TB SSD drives and 10 TB transfer over a 1 GbE connection.
