😠 I have used them for 10+ years, they were fine at the start, then over time they became less responsive and had more issues. in 2025 my domain was off the air for a couple of weeks because they deleted it without warning during some migration. Fortunately I had a backup, but I had no email or site for that time. Now in May 2026 my site & email is down again (for a week so far) and I cannot contact them via email or phone. I tried to transfer my domain out as I have access to the admin page but the auth codes for my domain on GKG's site are invalid so I can't transfer elsewhere until they respond. It's a terrible situation.

Their server or something (they won’t say what happened) went down for a week. And if you’re a customer of theirs, you can’t run a business with no email.
It was well my impossible to even reach someone to discuss what was going on.
Also lousy response on problems, which they don’t fix.
A reasonable rate for service doesn’t justify constant problems.
