GINERNET is a Spanish web hosting, cloud infrastructure and network-services provider founded in 2012 by José Manuel Giner, who continues to lead the company as CEO. Its technical experience goes back to 2005, when the team began managing servers in Spain. GINERNET S.L. operates from Alicante under Spanish tax ID B54660485, while its production infrastructure is located in Madrid.

Despite operating with a relatively compact team, GINERNET controls a substantial part of its technical environment. It manages its own servers, network equipment, IP resources and autonomous system under AS59432. The company is also a RIPE NCC member and maintains an open peering policy.

Its portfolio covers domain registration, Linux shared hosting, WordPress hosting, PrestaShop hosting, multi-domain hosting, reseller hosting, Linux KVM VPS, Windows VPS, managed cPanel VPS, dedicated servers, GPU servers, colocation, BGP connectivity, IP transit, DDoS protection, website migration, email migration, professional email, SSL certificates, backups, API access and AI-assisted infrastructure management.

Web Hosting is suitable for individual websites, blogs, WordPress installations and smaller online stores. Four cPanel packages provide between 1 GB and 50 GB of NVMe PCIe 5.0 storage. Depending on the package, customers receive between 0.5 and 2 Ryzen CPU cores, 1–4 GB RAM, support for 1–100 domains, 1–1,000 mailboxes and 1–100 MySQL databases. The smallest package includes 100 GB of traffic, while the larger plans include unlimited transfer.

The shared-hosting platform combines cPanel, CloudLinux, CageFS, LiteSpeed Enterprise, LSCache, HTTP/3, Imunify360, JetBackup, Softaculous and automatic SSL certificates. PHP 5, PHP 7 and PHP 8 can be selected independently, while SSH, cron jobs, phpMyAdmin, remote database access, WP Manager and WP-CLI are also available.

WordPress and PrestaShop websites benefit from server-level LiteSpeed caching. This can improve loading times and reduce processor usage compared with installations relying entirely on application-level caching.

Shared-hosting backups run every six hours and remain available for up to two months in a separate facility. Customers can restore or download backups directly through JetBackup. Imunify360 adds firewall protection, malware detection, real-time file scanning and automatic malware cleaning.

The email environment supports IMAP, POP, SMTP and webmail, together with inbound and outbound spam filtering. Outgoing messages are relayed through controlled IP addresses, reducing the risk of mail being rejected because another customer damaged the reputation of the shared mail server.

Multi-Domain Hosting provides independently isolated cPanel accounts managed through WHM. Entry-level service includes 10 GB of storage and five accounts, while larger configurations can reach 500 GB of storage and 100 separate accounts.

This type of hosting is useful for web agencies, freelance designers and resellers because each customer receives separate login credentials, files, databases, email accounts and resource allocations. CloudLinux and CageFS isolate each account, preventing an overloaded or compromised website from affecting neighboring customers.

Each account initially receives one CPU core and 2 GB RAM. Higher resource allocations are available, reaching eight cores and 16 GB RAM. LiteSpeed, Softaculous, free SSL certificates and remotely stored JetBackup copies are included, with backups performed every 12 hours.

Cloud VPS uses KVM/QEMU virtualization and allows CPU, RAM and NVMe storage to be configured independently. The smallest possible configuration begins with one virtual processor core, 1 GB RAM and 10 GB NVMe storage.

Every VPS includes a static dedicated IPv4 address, IPv6 connectivity, 1 TB of monthly traffic, a nightly backup and a daily disaster-recovery replica in France. Linux templates include several versions of Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux and CentOS, together with RouterOS CHR.

Customers receive root access, SSH-key support, a browser-based console, custom ISO mounting and control over inbound firewall ports. Outbound TCP port 25 is initially blocked to reduce spam abuse, but it can be enabled after contacting support.

Windows VPS starts with two virtual cores, 4 GB RAM and 50 GB of NVMe storage. Windows 11 Pro can be deployed from a prepared template, while Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 and other versions can be installed from a customer-supplied ISO.

These systems work well for Remote Desktop, MetaTrader, ERP applications, accounting software, IIS, SQL Server Express, automation tools and permanent remote workstations. Windows licensing is not included, so customers must provide and activate an eligible license.

The standard Windows configurations include 2 cores with 4 GB RAM, 4 cores with 8 GB RAM and 8 cores with 16 GB RAM. Pricing remains based on the infrastructure resources rather than the operating system.

Managed VPS combines dedicated virtual resources with WHM and cPanel administration. GINERNET installs and optimizes the server, applies security and cPanel updates, monitors essential services around the clock and configures daily local backups.

Root access remains available, giving experienced customers complete administrative control despite the managed service. Optional components include JetBackup with remote six-hour backups, CloudLinux Shared Pro, Imunify360, LiteSpeed and Softaculous.

A cPanel license is compulsory and is selected according to the required number of accounts. The final monthly price therefore depends on the processor, memory, storage, backup space, cPanel account limit and any additional commercial software selected.

Dedicated Servers provide exclusive processor, memory and storage resources together with a dedicated 10 Gbps network connection and 50 TB of monthly traffic. One Ryzen configuration includes a 12-core Ryzen 7900 processor, 64 GB DDR5 RAM, a 500 GB SATA SSD and 2 TB of PCIe 5.0 NVMe storage.

A dual-Xeon configuration provides 24 physical cores, 384 GB DDR4 RAM and 2 TB of NVMe storage. Custom NVIDIA GPU servers are also available for artificial intelligence, rendering and other workloads that benefit from hardware acceleration.

Dedicated machines include DDoS protection, remote power controls, an IPMI console and operating-system reinstallation through GINERNET Manager. Additional transfer is available at €3 per TB, while hardware failures are handled by engineers with physical access to the Madrid infrastructure.

Housing and colocation are available in 1U, 2U, 4U and 8U allocations. Each package includes two independent power feeds, two network ports, static IP addresses and 100 Mbps connectivity measured at the 95th percentile.

Bandwidth and electrical capacity can be expanded. Additional power is priced per 100 watts, while installation charges depend on the equipment and engineering work involved.

AntiDDoS protection is integrated into the network. Reactive mitigation is included with each network address, while permanently protected IP addresses are available for €3 per month.

ISPs and network operators can announce their own prefixes through a protected BGP session. The BGP protection service includes automated attack monitoring, a MikroTik CHR router, mitigation capacity reaching 10 Tbps and support for multiple /24 networks.

Domain registration covers approximately 883 extensions, including international domains, Spanish extensions, European domains and newer generic extensions. Registration, transfer and renewal prices are displayed separately, making long-term domain costs easier to understand.

Website migration is free when the previous provider uses cPanel or compatible JetBackup archives. Migrations from Plesk, DirectAdmin, custom servers or hosting accounts without a compatible control panel are performed manually at €40 per hour plus VAT.

Websites, databases, mailboxes, cron jobs, SSL certificates and DNS settings can be transferred while the original service remains active. A separate IMAP Sync tool can copy individual mailboxes and folders without deleting messages from the source account.

The service is available in English and Spanish. Product prices are primarily shown in euros, while GINERNET Manager also supports billing in US dollars.

Euro invoices are issued by GINERNET S.L. US-dollar invoices are administered by NEURALIA LLC, while the Spanish company remains responsible for the technical operation and infrastructure.

The proprietary GINERNET Manager brings most infrastructure tasks into a single interface. It handles server deployment, independent resource scaling, firewall templates, console access, backups, traffic statistics, IP management, billing and real-time spending information.

Its API and MCP server can connect infrastructure operations to scripts, CI/CD systems, automation platforms and compatible AI agents. Scoped API tokens, spending limits and server-count restrictions provide useful safeguards for automated deployments.
