Fozzy is an international web hosting and infrastructure provider founded in 2012 in Delaware, United States. The operating business is Fozzy Inc., while the company is part of XBT Holding (xbtholding.com), an international hosting and network group. Fozzy currently lists more than 75,000 customers and serves users across the United States, Europe and Asia. Its parent infrastructure has more than 4 Tbps of network capacity, and Fozzy combines conventional hosting with VPS, dedicated infrastructure, domains and several specialized hosting products.

The company now uses 2703 Ena Dr., Lansing, Michigan as its principal U.S. contact address, replacing the older Dallas corporate address that still appears in some third-party business directories. Additional offices are maintained in Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Singapore, while XBT Holding Ltd. acts as the EU representative from Limassol, Cyprus. Fozzy was founded as a hosting business in 2012, although the fozzy.com domain itself is considerably older. No individual founder is clearly identified in the current corporate information.

Fozzy has localized storefronts in English, Russian and Ukrainian. English customers can select USD or EUR pricing, while Russian and Ukrainian interfaces are also available. This is a modern, responsive website rather than an older fixed-width hosting portal, and the product catalog gives unusually detailed information about server hardware, resource restrictions, renewal costs and optional upgrades.

Customers receive root access and can install Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS Stream, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux. Weekly backups are included. Linux VPS nodes are available in the Netherlands and United States. Basic control-panel installation and consultation are free, while a $16/month managed-services package adds site migration, caching and compression configuration, SSL installation, CMS deployment, web/database configuration, mail DNS work, diagnostics, security scanning and backup setup.

Windows VPS uses Microsoft Hyper-V and includes the Windows Server license. Available operating systems include Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022. Daily backups are included, and Windows VPS carries a 99.99% uptime figure together with a 30-day full-refund period. These virtual servers are offered from the Netherlands and United Kingdom.

A more specialized Forex VPS service is maintained for automated trading and low-latency access to broker infrastructure. It uses Windows and is available in the Netherlands and United Kingdom. Fozzy lists latency measurements to a number of Forex trading platforms and states that its wider Forex partner infrastructure exceeds 11,000 VPS instances. This is a considerably more specialized product than a normal VPS and is mainly useful where geographic proximity to broker trading servers matters.

Dedicated Servers are available in Dallas and Amsterdam. Reseller hosting deserves an update compared with older information about Fozzy. The former English reseller URL now redirects to the main English storefront, but Reseller Hosting is still actively available through the Ukrainian catalog. Packages cover 10, 25, 50 and 100 hosting accounts and include SSD storage, cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Patchman, MySQL and reseller-level account management. One positive detail is that registration and renewal prices are shown separately rather than relying only on heavily discounted first-year pricing. Domain transfers normally add a year to the registration period.

A website-builder option is still referenced as part of Fozzy's website-creation ecosystem, although it is no longer sold as a clearly separated standalone English hosting package. The current catalog is therefore much more centered on shared/CMS hosting, VPS, Windows/.NET services, dedicated servers, games, domains and SSL.
