*📜 Plan description
Finland II is a shared hosting package located in Finland that scales resources for growing projects. It offers 25 GB SSD web storage, 5 MySQL databases and 2 GB RAM, enabling several sites or more demanding CMS setups to run comfortably. With a 150% CPU share and 25 concurrent PHP requests (ep), the plan can handle higher visit counts without degrading performance. Traffic remains unmetered, and daily backups add resilience so restoring previous states is possible after problems. The plan costs €6.50 per month, making Finland II a solid mid-range option for businesses and publishers wanting reliable Finnish hosting.
All FlokiNET shared hosting plans are delivered from privacy-friendly European datacenters with SSD-only storage, cPanel control panel and anonymous sign-up using nothing more than an email address. Every account runs on hardened Linux servers with SSH access, Softaculous one-click installer and an environment tuned for WordPress and other PHP applications. DDoS protection is available in Romania, Iceland, Finland and the Netherlands, and traffic is treated as unmetered so sites can handle traffic spikes without surprise overage bills. Free SSL certificates are included so every domain can be served over HTTPS by default, and unlimited domains and subdomains can be attached to the same account. Upgrades between plans are straightforward, letting projects grow from the smallest tier to the largest without migration downtime. Customers can pay using credit cards, PayPal or various cryptocurrencies and can contact support via ticket or email if they need help with configuration, migrations or troubleshooting.

📄 Editorial Review
FlokiNET is a niche web hosting provider founded in 2012 in Iceland, built very deliberately around privacy, freedom of speech and protection for journalists, NGOs and whistleblower projects. Instead of trying to be a mainstream budget host, they focus on offering infrastructure in privacy-friendly European jurisdictions and on resisting political pressure or illegitimate takedown demands. From a product standpoint, FlokiNET covers the main classic hosting categories:
- Domains – domain registration and DNS hosting for a broad set of TLDs.
- Shared Hosting – offshore-style shared hosting ("web hosting") targeted at blogs, news sites, NGOs and smaller projects that want anonymity and protection for controversial content.
- VPS – KVM virtual servers with full root access for more demanding applications, self-hosted services and more complex web stacks.
- Dedicated Servers – bare-metal systems for high traffic, larger platforms or custom environments.
- Reseller Hosting / Specialized Services – various add-ons including TeamSpeak / secure VoIP, web design, penetration testing and operational security consulting.
A defining characteristic is the anonymity model. Customers can create an account with essentially no personal information beyond an email address. Payment can be done through privacy-friendly methods (cryptocurrencies and other non-traceable or low-trace options), and the company’s stated policy is to protect customer identity and content unless there is a valid legal order from a competent court in the hosting jurisdiction.
Shared hosting is structured by location. FlokiNET offers web hosting in Iceland, Romania and Finland, each with SSD storage, automatic SSL certificates, support for multiple domains, emails and subdomains, and regular backups. Bandwidth allowances differ by location, but the Romanian and Finnish locations are generally positioned as high-bandwidth options, while Iceland is optimized for legal protection and privacy. Romania is also commonly associated with DDoS-protected plans.
VPS plans follow the same regional pattern: Iceland, Romania and Finland, with different bandwidth caps per location. FlokiNET emphasizes root access, OS choice and easy scaling, allowing users to grow from a small VM to larger instances without needing to change provider. These VPS are particularly attractive for self-hosted applications (such as mail servers, collaboration tools or custom apps) that require a private environment and jurisdictional safety.
Dedicated servers extend this model to single-tenant hardware for projects that need consistent high performance, heavier CPU or storage capacity, or more specialized configurations. Typical offerings include remote management access (e.g. IPMI / iLO), multiple disks for RAID, and the same strong privacy stance applied to content and customer data.
Overall, FlokiNET is clearly not a "generic" host. Its identity is strongly tied to civil society projects, independent media, activists and organizations who need a provider willing to stand up for free expression, within the limits of local law, and who appreciate the combination of European privacy regimes with offshore-style hosting features.

😠 the worst hosting i could even imagine.
i did buy an cheap wordpress website with a finished design and hosted it.
i just started to check and try to fix technical issues and planned to change the whole looking and data from this website after everything technical would work.
when i send i ticked to ask them for helping me out, INSTEAD of getting an answer, they suspended my server and accused me for doing some illegal activity.
THEY OFFER NO REFUND!
THEY WILL RIP OFF YOUR MONEY AND WONT OFFER ANY REAL SUPPORT!
THEY WILL SCREW YOU!
DO NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICE AND STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOOSE MONEY!

🗨 Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! However, we feel that for the sake of not confusing other Whtop visitors, we need to shed some light on the situation.
After taking a closer look, we found that you had a shared webspace in Finland, and the domain "thermofuchs.com".
A few days later, you opened a ticket about some of your emails bouncing as spam.
We analyzed your account, as requested, and noticed that your website is a fake shop using a stolen imprint and tax ID, selling kitchen tools.
As we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding cybercrime, mentioned in our ToS, we have suspended your domain and account.
During our discussion about getting a refund (which we clearly state that we don't provide in the case of breaking the ToS and AUP) you claimed the following:
"about the imprint, I have no idea"
"I just installed some website"
"I don't even know what a fake shop is"
We came to the conclusion that these statements are not true because:
- you actively edited your imprint and all data according to your WordPress MySQL logs.
- you added a confirmation mail to send bank data (from a bank drop account opened with a stolen ID)
- you added a fake trust shop logo
After we told you that you actively edited the imprint and your fake shop looks similar to the one just published by the german anti-fraud website Auktionshilfe, you replied with the following:
"retards. I will take measurements against you. have a good day suckers.
auktionshilfe is an illegal website and provided by idiots like you.
I will prevent new customers from being cheated from you, hope your gonna suffer and die for stealing my money."
Not only you violated our ToS, but you also threatened us and used strong language against us. We will not tolerate this type of behavior. We hope this clarifies the situation.
