*📜 Plan description

Netherlands II is a shared hosting package located in the Netherlands that scales up resources for more active sites. It comes with 25 GB SSD web storage, 5 MySQL databases and 2 GB RAM, letting customers operate several sites or one larger application. This tier grants a 150% CPU share and up to 25 concurrent PHP requests (ep), helping WordPress and similar applications remain smooth under higher visitor numbers. Traffic is unmetered and daily backups are included to simplify disaster recovery. At €6.00 per month, Netherlands II is aimed at growing blogs, corporate sites or development projects that want Dutch hosting with strong DDoS protection.

All FlokiNET shared hosting plans are delivered from privacy-friendly European datacenters with SSD-only storage, cPanel control panel and anonymous sign-up using nothing more than an email address. Every account runs on hardened Linux servers with SSH access, Softaculous one-click installer and an environment tuned for WordPress and other PHP applications. DDoS protection is available in Romania, Iceland, Finland and the Netherlands, and traffic is treated as unmetered so sites can handle traffic spikes without surprise overage bills. Free SSL certificates are included so every domain can be served over HTTPS by default, and unlimited domains and subdomains can be attached to the same account. Upgrades between plans are straightforward, letting projects grow from the smallest tier to the largest without migration downtime. Customers can pay using credit cards, PayPal or various cryptocurrencies and can contact support via ticket or email if they need help with configuration, migrations or troubleshooting.

📄 Editorial Review

FlokiNET is an Icelandic privacy-focused hosting provider established in 2012. The principal operator, FlokiNET ehf, is based in Reykjavík, Iceland and appears in the ISNIC registry as a DNS provider. Product responsibility is divided across jurisdictions: Flokinet Services Ltd in Seychelles handles WHOIS privacy and domain registration, while CDN and proxy work can be supplied by the Seychelles entity and Flokinet Ltd in Belize. Icelandic law governs agreements with the Icelandic company, so customers should identify the contracting entity attached to their chosen service.

The business was created to support free speech, press freedom and whistleblowing initiatives. Its strongest fit is with independent media, journalists, civil-society organizations, activists, investigative teams and privacy-aware infrastructure administrators, though ordinary companies can also use the platform. Abuse and legal challenges are handled with attention to the law of the server location. Signal and PGP-encrypted email protect sensitive communication, employee devices and internal channels use encryption, and FlokiNET contributes Tor exit and relay capacity while accepting contact through Tor.

Ordinary registration can begin with one valid email address and does not require an identity document. That concise promise does not mean the service generates no personal data. The privacy policy records IP address, access time, visit duration, browser and operating-system details; a customer account may also contain a full name, billing information, contact details and an assigned ID. Payment processors receive what they need to complete transactions. Regulated services have stronger requirements: sponsored ASN registration through the LIR service requires full documentation and a passport copy under RIPE rules. The actual privacy footprint therefore depends on the product, payment method and access pattern.

Stored and transferred customer data uses encryption, internal databases have access controls, and employee communications are end-to-end encrypted. Server data can be disclosed upon a court order from the country in which it is stored. Jurisdictional protection is not permission for unlawful use. The AUP excludes spam, port scanning, DDoS origination, malware, hacking attempts, phishing, impersonation, botnets, carding, terrorism-related material, doxxing and unlicensed pharmaceutical sales. Chia mining is banned across shared hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, and adult material is not accepted in Iceland. Virtual and physical servers are unmanaged unless a separate administration service is purchased.

Domain Registration covers popular extensions and includes WHOIS privacy for most eligible domains. Annual prices are €18.75 for .com, €20 for .net and .org, €27 for .info, €23 for .biz, €35 for .mobi, €30 for .me, €15.90 for .eu and €19.99 for .xyz. Domain-only orders do not include a newly signed TLS certificate. Shared-hosting domains receive Let's Encrypt certificates automatically after DNS resolves correctly, normally within 24 hours.

Standard Shared Hosting is available in Romania, Iceland, Finland and the Netherlands; Norway, Canada and Singapore remain future locations. Redundant SSD storage, cPanel/WHM, Softaculous, WordPress Toolkit, MySQL, SSH, FTP, JetBackup, ModSecurity, ImunifyAV and ClamAV form the base environment. Customers can select PHP versions by site and can run compatible JavaScript, Python and Ruby applications. Domains, subdomains and mailboxes are unlimited, while disk, database count, RAM, CPU and concurrent-request limits scale with the plan.

Romania I costs €3.50 per month for 10GB SSD, two MySQL databases, 1GB RAM, 100% LVE CPU and 20 concurrent requests. Romania II is €6 for 25GB and 2GB RAM, III €10 for 40GB and 3GB, IV €17.50 for 60GB and 4GB, and V €25 for 90GB, 6GB RAM, 350% CPU and 90 concurrent requests. Each includes daily backup, unmetered traffic and DDoS filtering. A compatible cPanel account can be migrated at no charge, but the entire account must move, the process can take 48 hours, and the new package needs at least 20% more storage. Individual sites or mailboxes are not eligible for this automated migration.

Business Hosting places company accounts on a dedicated shared environment with LiteSpeed, LSCache and Imunify360. BH1 is €9 monthly for 10GB SSD, unlimited MySQL databases, 2GB RAM, 200% CPU and 25 concurrent requests. BH2 costs €17 for 40GB, 3GB RAM and 45 requests; BH3 costs €29 for 90GB, 6GB RAM, 400% CPU and 55 requests. Unlimited sites, unmetered bandwidth, free SSL and protection exceeding 1Tbit are included. Personal and adult websites are excluded. A professional non-cPanel transfer carries a one-time $99 price and a 74-hour target, whereas the anti-DDoS migration information uses €99; the billing currency needs confirmation.

Anti-DDoS Shared Hosting runs in the Netherlands with LiteSpeed, Imunify360, a web-application firewall and filtering at network and host level. Basic costs €25 per month with 25GB SSD, two databases, 2GB RAM and 250% CPU. Medium is €50 with 50GB, four databases, 8GB RAM and 500% CPU; Extended is €99 with 100GB, eight databases, 16GB RAM and 800% CPU. More than 1Tbit of mitigation is available, but the shared resource ceiling still applies and exceptional attacks can affect performance. Persistent high-volume targets are better matched to dedicated or managed mitigation.

Reseller Hosting is sold regionally through cPanel and WHM. Romania Reseller I is €33.99 per month and includes five cPanel subaccounts, 50GB SSD, 4GB RAM, 200% CPU and 60 concurrent requests. Reseller II costs €64.99 plus €5 setup for 100GB, 6GB RAM and 100 requests. Reseller III costs €114.99 plus €10 setup for 200GB, 10GB RAM, 600% CPU and 150 requests. Unlimited databases, email, subdomains and parked domains accompany unmetered traffic, SSL, daily backups, SSH and multi-PHP/Node.js support.

KVM VPS supplies one IPv4 address, an IPv6 /64, full root and kernel control, OS installation and a virtual IPMI console. Nodes have 10 or 20Gbit network capacity, while the Romanian instances use a 1Gbit uplink. Romania VPS I starts at €7.99 with one core, 1GB RAM, 20GB NVMe and 3TB traffic. Seven tiers culminate in VPS VII at €73.90 with 12 cores, 12GB RAM, 220GB NVMe and 20TB traffic. No web server, database or application stack is preinstalled, and no administrative backdoor is retained. Patching, security, application maintenance and backup are customer duties.

Dedicated Servers use HPE ProLiant and selected Supermicro systems with ECC RAM, configurable HDD, SSD or NVMe, 1Gbit or 10Gbit connectivity and iLO/IPMI. The Romanian Supermicro X10SLE-F entry costs €89 monthly with a four-core/eight-thread Xeon E3-1241v3, 16GB ECC, two 2TB disks and 10TB transfer. Larger G10 and G11 systems add dual 32-core CPUs, DDR5 and dense NVMe layouts. Free mitigation is associated with Iceland, Romania and the Netherlands, although one dedicated-server feature statement mentions only Iceland and Romania. Dutch DDoS inclusion should be confirmed for the exact system.

GPU Servers run in European datacenters on renewable energy. The €758-per-month L4 configuration combines a 24GB NVIDIA L4, 16-core AMD EPYC processor, 64GB DDR5, two 400GB NVMe SSDs, a 1Gbit port and a 100Mbps commitment. The €2,047 L40S configuration upgrades to a 48GB NVIDIA L40S while retaining the same base server allocation. Both suit AI training and inference, scientific work, rendering and model serving. Four- and eight-GPU systems are coming soon. The GPU category uses a €199 starting headline even though its fully specified orderable machines begin at €758, so the lower figure needs clarification.

Colocation provides redundant electrical paths, UPS and generator protection, cooling, access control, monitoring and remote hands for customer equipment. Network uplinks are multihomed, and Icelandic and Finnish operations use renewable-heavy energy. Romania 1U costs €99 monthly with 108kWh/150W, 1Gbit/10TB, one IPv4 and an IPv6 /64. The range rises to a €2,829 Romanian 42U rack with 3,600kWh/5,000W, a 10Gbit uplink, 500Mbps committed bandwidth and ten IPv4 addresses. The power guarantee is 99.999%. Iceland and the Netherlands also accept colocation, but their exact current charges should be verified before shipment.

The separate DDoS Mitigation cloud has more than 1Tbps capacity and supports secure uplink, network tunnel and hosted-infrastructure deployment. Secure uplink relies on BGP over direct peering or cross-connect; outbound relay use is free for about 36 hours monthly, after which 95/5 charging applies. A GRE or L2TP tunnel can announce an attacked subnet through BGP without rerouting normal outbound traffic. Hosted protection covers rented and colocated systems. The service can protect an entire AS, does not impose a fixed attack-count or IP-count ceiling, supports resale and accepts custom layer requirements.

Investigative Tools add deployment and ongoing management for newsroom technology. GlobaLeaks is €180 per month, and OpenAleph and LiquidInvestigations are each €800; SecureDrop and Matrix are available through consultation. Managed Proton combines ProtonMail-based secure email with setup and administration for €53 monthly plus €79 setup. Software Licenses for VPS or dedicated servers include CloudLinux at €16.50, KernelCare at €4 and unlimited Imunify360 at €26 per month.

Two CDN and Cybersecurity packages remain in the catalog but currently have zero availability. CDN I costs €25 monthly plus €50 setup for one domain, 10,000 monthly visitors and 50Gbit protection. CDN II is €150 plus €50 setup for ten domains, 250,000 visitors and 500Gbit protection. LIR Services include sponsored ASN registration at €150 annually plus €250 setup, IPv4 leasing and an IPv6 /48 at €9 monthly plus €50 setup. The LIR identity-document requirement is an important exception to the general low-data signup model.

The main corporate site is English-only. The billing portal is localized into Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian. Prices normally use EUR, apart from the USD migration reference. An active blog contains multiple 2026 articles covering takedown cases, private browsing, censorship, VPNs and VPS operation.
