Telecom.Li Housing, CHF (on request) on Colocation

FL1 Housing provides colocation space for customer-owned IT equipment in Telecom Liechtenstein data centers. The service is intended for organizations that want to reduce the space, capital expenditure and personnel required to operate their own server environment while keeping equipment in Liechtenstein. FL1 personnel support the hosted equipment and the facilities use several security levels within standardized ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 processes. Customer access is possible at any time, with access logging, time recording and personal identification at the entrance. Buildings are under permanent video surveillance, security staff can intervene when intrusion alarms are triggered, modern fire-detection systems are combined with gas-based extinguishing, and motion detectors in the raised floor add tamper protection. The infrastructure uses regional alpine hydropower, modern cooling systems and a cold-aisle concept to reduce energy consumption. Three independent data-center infrastructures are operated in Liechtenstein, with locations in Vaduz, Eschen 1 and Eschen 2 and direct connections toward Switzerland and Austria. These facilities are designed for highly available servers, e-business systems, backup environments and telecommunications solutions on a 24-hour, 7-day basis.

Connectivity can be tailored to the installation. Available connection options include transparent data links with fixed latency up to 100 Gbit/s, managed Layer 1 DWDM services up to 400 Gbit/s, managed Layer 2 Ethernet and VPN services, managed Layer 3 MPLS, managed private optical networks using fiber and DWDM, Internet access or direct connectivity to a public-cloud provider up to 100 Gbit/s, and international data connections across Europe. The offer is modular and pricing is quotation-based. FL1 Housing Services are assigned SLA 3, which defines reaction and intervention targets below 2 hours and a service recovery target below 8 hours during support hours Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:30. Service Level Plus is available as an option for Housing and provides 7x24 support with the same sub-2-hour reaction and intervention targets and a sub-8-hour service recovery target. Storage quota, traffic allowance, operating system, control panel, included IP allocation, setup charges, a money-back period and a percentage uptime commitment are not specified for the Housing service.
