Our KVM Power Edition was designed with one goal in mind: provide the best possible performance at fair costs.
To reach this goal all of our masternodes consists of wisely choosen and thoroughly tested components. As the power costs increased over the last years we choose very power efficent components. Therefore we only deploy Intel processors.
Software
------------
Our KVM Power Edition is based on KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) and provides you totally freedom in your selected Kernel and Software. Additionally, you are able to run your preferred Operation system no matter if it's Linux, Microsoft Windows, BSD or even special things like Mikrotik RouterOS.
Overprovisioning

As customer experience is our primary goal we are not overcommitting RAM and Disk for our KVM VPS. Additionally, we monitor all necessary parameters of our Masternodes to ensure a proper operation and to make sure that no (performance) bottleneck impacts our customers vps.

😠 Had been renting servers from FR for years on end. When I announced I wanted to end the contract in January 2023, the misery started. I announced my planned end-date to be 14-03-2023. This was one month beyond the yearly contract I had with them, which was set to run up to (and including!) 14-02-2023, so I told them I would pay an extra month and that would be it. So I switched off the server on 14-03 and cancelled the services on that date. Then they sent me an extra invoice for the period 14-03 14-04 (!?) knowing full well that I had already moved out and stopped using their server. In fact, I had shutdown the server 14-03. There was literally no response whatsoever when I told them about this. They didn't pick up their phone, they would not reply to my question where this extra month came from, and now they actually went as far as sending a mafia-like collection agency after me for that extra month (34 euros mind you). By now I feel they've been wasting so much time and causing me to worry about this for so long that I will create a website entirely devoted to telling this story to the world. And I will include their utter lack of proper responses. Their only line is "You need to pay x for x" and nothing else seems to reach these insane humans. So, one advice: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. You'll be glad I told you so. There are better alternatives, even cheaper ones with better specs and proper customer service.
