📄 Editorial Review

FastCloud is a Georgian web hosting, cloud infrastructure and managed IT services provider operated by SysNet LLC, a Tbilisi company registered in 2015 under identification/VAT number 400157076. FastCloud serves as the hosting and cloud-services brand of SysNet, with a strong focus on local Georgian infrastructure as well as international server locations.

The service range is considerably broader than basic website hosting. Core products include SSD Shared Hosting, SSD VPS, Standard VPS, FTP Hosting and Dedicated Servers, complemented by private cloud storage, dedicated SAN/NAS systems, Desktop as a Service, network services, security solutions, server administration, business email and other managed IT services.

SSD Shared Hosting starts with compact packages suitable for one website and extends to Business and Reseller accounts. SSD storage is standard, together with email accounts, databases, FTP access, spam filtering, antivirus protection and backups. Customers can select among several established hosting control panels, making migration from another provider relatively straightforward. Georgian hosting is the principal option, while Germany is also available for selected configurations.

SSD VPS servers combine RAID10 SSD storage, 1 Gbps networking, root access, an included IP address, daily backups and monitoring. Configurations start with 1 GB RAM, one virtual CPU and 20 GB SSD storage and scale to 16 GB RAM, eight vCPUs and 300 GB SSD. These plans suit websites, application servers, development environments, databases and other workloads that benefit from faster storage.

Standard VPS provides a similar virtual-server structure but uses SAS storage. Entry configurations start with 40 GB, while larger plans reach 600 GB. This makes Standard VPS useful when storage capacity is more important than maximum SSD performance.

The Dedicated Server range targets larger applications and business workloads requiring dedicated CPU, memory and storage resources. Available systems include dual-processor configurations, 96 GB to 256 GB DDR3 RAM, hardware RAID, SSD or 10K SAS storage, 1 Gbps networking and HPE iLO remote management. Much of the dedicated hardware is based on Xeon E5 v2 and E5645-generation processors, so these systems are better suited to capacity-oriented workloads than applications that specifically require current-generation CPU performance.

FTP Hosting provides dedicated storage packages ranging from 250 GB to 10 TB. These packages use RAID10 storage, include unlimited traffic and operate over 100 Mbps connectivity, making them practical for backups, file archives, media repositories and centralized business storage.

FastCloud also provides Desktop as a Service (DaaS) and private cloud storage based on Nextcloud/ownCloud technology. Customers requiring dedicated storage infrastructure can choose SAN, NAS and DAS solutions, including enterprise storage arrays and rack-mounted NAS systems. Physical and virtual cloud routing services extend the offering into more complex network environments.

The managed-services portfolio includes Business Email, backup services, firewall protection, network security, IT performance troubleshooting, computer networking, Windows and Linux server administration, storage and SAN administration, virtualization and Moodle as a Service. Additional services include domain registration and transfer, SSL certificates, website development, administrator packages, DDoS mitigation, firewall services and combined firewall/antivirus protection.

Business productivity services include Gmail-oriented corporate mail packages and Microsoft Office 365/Exchange-related solutions. Availability can vary for some ancillary products, particularly SSL and business-email packages, so larger deployments should confirm stock or licensing availability before migration.

The website and customer environment support English, Georgian and Russian, while service prices can be displayed in GEL or USD. English localization exists, although several technical product names and ordering elements remain in Georgian.
