The service is operated by RJ Network OÜ, an Estonian company registered in 2019 under registry number 14694302. Roman Jevstafjev founded RJ Network OÜ and remains its owner, board member, and ultimate beneficiary. Earlier FairyHosting operations were associated with Web Hosting Solutions OÜ, while the brand itself has been active since 2011. The company has a relatively compact team, with LinkedIn placing it in the 2–10 employee range.

Its portfolio includes domain registration, Linux web hosting, virtual servers, dedicated servers, remote Mac servers, colocation, managed network equipment, backup storage, SSL certificates, Microsoft software licensing, server administration, and infrastructure migration. Server locations are available in Estonia, Germany, and Sweden.

Virtual servers use KVM virtualization and support Linux, FreeBSD, Windows Server, Proxmox VE, VMware ESXi, and custom ISO installations. IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity are included, while processor, memory, and storage resources can be expanded when a project grows. Free website migration is available, and weekly VPS backups can be added as an optional service.

Estonian VPS plans begin with 1 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, and 50 GB SSD storage. Larger configurations use high-frequency processors, DDR5 memory, and PCIe Gen5 NVMe storage, with options reaching 10 CPU cores, 32 GB RAM, and 600 GB of storage. German virtual servers are hosted in Frankfurt, while Swedish VPS plans operate from Stockholm using AMD EPYC processors and NVMe storage.

Virtual-server traffic is subject to a fair-use condition. The connection may be reduced to 10 Mbps after monthly transfer exceeds 5,000 GB. Customers expecting consistently high bandwidth consumption should consider dedicated bandwidth or a server package designed for sustained transfer volumes.

Dedicated servers are available in Tallinn with remote IPMI/KVM access, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, telephone and ticket support, and network ports operating at 1 or 10 Gbps. Hardware options include Intel Xeon, Intel Xeon Silver, AMD EPYC, and AMD Ryzen processors, together with ECC memory and SSD or NVMe storage. HPE and Supermicro systems form an important part of the hardware range, while customized servers can be prepared for projects requiring specific processors, memory capacities, disk layouts, or network configurations.

A comparable cold-standby server is available when a serious hardware failure requires replacement. This provides business customers with a clearer recovery option than is commonly included with low-cost dedicated servers. Standard 1 Gbps Business Connect service is intended for normal business traffic rather than permanent full-port utilization. Dedicated unmetered bandwidth is available from 1 to 20 Gbps.

The company also rents Apple Mac servers from Tallinn. Current configurations include Apple M4 and M4 Pro systems running macOS Sequoia, with 1 Gbps connectivity and IPv4 and IPv6 support. These machines are useful for Xcode development, continuous integration, application testing, remote design work, and other tasks that require genuine Apple hardware.

Colocation is available for individual 1U servers and larger half-rack installations. Single-server packages include rack space, power, a 1 Gbps network connection, a separate management port, one IPv4 address, and IPv6 allocation. Half-rack service includes 22U of usable space, increased power capacity, and a larger address allocation.

Managed network-device rental covers equipment from Cisco, MikroTik, Zyxel, and Ubiquiti. Available devices include MikroTik RB3011, Cisco 891, and UniFi Dream Machine Pro systems. These can be used for routing, firewalling, VPN connections, IPsec tunnels, and links between offices, hosted servers, and cloud platforms.

Shared web hosting uses NVMe storage and the Plesk control panel. Packages support multiple websites, databases, mailboxes, FTP accounts, subdomains, aliases, DNS management, scheduled tasks, statistics, Git, Node.js, Ruby, and multiple PHP versions. Let’s Encrypt certificates, WordPress Toolkit, backups, spam filtering, antivirus protection, and free website migration are included. SSH access can be activated on request.

The shared-hosting plans provide substantial storage capacities of 100 GB and 200 GB. Resource allocations are also clearly defined, with the smaller package receiving 4 vCPU and 4 GB RAM and the larger package receiving 8 vCPU and 8 GB RAM.

Fairy Disk supplies network storage for backups and data that does not require the resources of a complete virtual server. It supports secure FTPS transfers and Windows-compatible SMB access, with traffic included. This makes it a practical external backup destination for virtual servers, dedicated hardware, workstations, and office systems.

SSL certificates are available in domain-validated, organization-validated, extended-validation, and wildcard formats. Certificate brands include PositiveSSL, RapidSSL, Thawte, GeoTrust, and Symantec. Free Let’s Encrypt certificates are included with web-hosting accounts, while commercial certificates are better suited to organizations requiring company validation, warranty coverage, or specific certificate compatibility.

Domain registrations and transfers can be managed through the customer portal. Domains are a supporting part of the portfolio, while servers, networking, and business infrastructure remain the company’s main specialization.

The main website is available in English and Russian. The customer portal supports a considerably wider selection of languages, including Estonian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Czech, Hungarian, Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew, and Persian.

Prices on the main website are displayed in euros. The billing portal can also display USD, WMZ, and RUB. The interface remains functional but has an older visual design than modern cloud dashboards, and parts of the English content contain dated wording, translation inconsistencies, and occasional Russian fragments.
