F1.com.tw is the long-established domain of UThome / UT Internet Space, a Taiwanese hosting and internet-services business unrelated to Formula 1 motorsport. The operation began in 1997 with website development and database programming, expanding into virtual hosting and server colocation in 1998. Its current legal operator is Jijing Network Technology Co., Ltd., a Taipei company incorporated in 2006.

The company combines traditional hosting with a broad range of internet services. Its portfolio includes Linux and Windows shared hosting, reseller hosting, dedicated physical servers, server colocation, domain registration, website design, database programming, e-commerce development, payment integration and website migration. UThome has also operated portals, advertising services, chat communities and other online projects through the f1.com.tw infrastructure.

Shared hosting is available through two overlapping product catalogs. The principal Linux range consists of Economy, Business, Professional and Flagship packages. Storage allowances range from 10 GB to 200 GB, while monthly data transfer ranges from 40 GB to 100 GB. Annual pricing starts at TWD 3,200 and reaches TWD 24,000.
