The business combines conventional web hosting with virtual servers, managed infrastructure, dedicated servers and Australian colocation.

Its portfolio includes shared cloud hosting, reseller hosting, Linux and Windows cloud servers, managed cloud servers, dedicated servers, colocation, domain registration, DNS hosting, SSL certificates, Microsoft 365, backup services, spam filtering and server management. Elastic Business Cloud Hosting is the higher-resource shared-hosting range.
