Private suite provides a walled-off private colocation area with dedicated redundancies for power, cooling and fire suppression, plus customizable lock and access log options, making it suitable for larger and more controlled mission-critical environments that require stronger physical separation, room for growth and a deployment area tailored around long-term operational requirements.

Commercial terms are quote based: setup charges, service activation charges and other non-recurring charges can be invoiced at the ready-for-service date, recurring service charges are generally billed from the ready-for-service date and then monthly in advance, and usage above agreed service levels can be invoiced monthly in arrears. Unless a different agreement applies, service charges are stated exclusive of any VAT or similar tax that may become applicable.
