EVEO is a Brazilian data center, dedicated server and private cloud infrastructure provider headquartered in São Paulo. The current EVEO operation was founded in 2014 by Lucas Vanzin and Vicente Neto, while its background in the hosting industry reaches back to 1998, when the founders started their first hosting operation under PointNET in Manaus. The business evolved into NetRevenda in 2003 and became an established Brazilian hosting and reseller operation. In 2014, the retail hosting and reseller activities were sold to Locaweb, while EVEO was created around the infrastructure-as-a-service business.

EVEO is now focused on enterprise infrastructure rather than conventional mass-market shared hosting. Its portfolio includes Dedicated Servers, NVIDIA GPU Servers, Private Cloud, Managed Virtualization, Object Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Managed Colocation and Managed Infrastructure Services. The service model is particularly suited to companies that need dedicated resources, Brazilian data residency, predictable monthly billing and direct access to technical infrastructure specialists.

The business operates legally as EVEO S.A., CNPJ 07.358.108/0001-08. EVEO serves more than 5,000 customers and has completed more than 15,000 infrastructure projects. In 2025, XP Asset's Infra V fund agreed to invest up to R$100 million in the company. The transaction started with R$50 million and can include two additional investments of R$25 million each, giving the fund a 31.85% participation. The investment supports infrastructure expansion, equipment acquisition, portfolio development and international growth.

Dedicated Servers are one of the core services. Customers receive an entire physical server instead of virtualized resources shared with other tenants. Configurations include Intel Xeon and AMD EPYC processors, expandable RAM and SSD, NVMe or enterprise storage. Network interfaces can reach 10 Gbps, IPv6 is available, traffic is not metered in the usual per-GB model, and DDoS protection is included. Additional options include private VLANs, VPN connectivity, dedicated firewalls, point-to-point links and external backup.

Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux can be installed without an additional operating-system license fee. Windows Server and commercial control panels require separate licensing.

Dedicated servers include EVEO's own KVM remote-management console. This gives customers low-level access to the machine for display, keyboard and mouse control, ISO mounting, operating-system installation, rebooting and power management. BIOS-level administration is also possible remotely. Hardware failures can be handled locally by EVEO technicians, including component replacement when necessary.

The Dedicated GPU service extends the dedicated-server model to AI, machine learning, HPC, rendering and professional visualization workloads. GPU resources are assigned exclusively to the customer instead of being divided between multiple tenants. Available hardware includes NVIDIA Tesla T10, RTX PRO 4500 Server Edition, RTX PRO 6000 Server Edition, H200 and HGX B300, with multi-GPU configurations available when supported by the chassis.

GPU customers receive administrative access and can build their environments around CUDA, containers, AI frameworks and their preferred operating system. This gives EVEO a strong offering for LLM training and inference, data analytics, scientific computing, rendering and GPU-accelerated virtual desktops. Billing is monthly and fixed in Brazilian reais, reducing the exchange-rate uncertainty associated with services billed in U.S. dollars.

Private Cloud provides isolated physical and virtual infrastructure designed around the customer's workload instead of using a conventional multi-tenant public cloud. CPU, memory, storage and network topology can be customized, while VPNs and dedicated links allow integration with corporate networks or other cloud environments.

Private Cloud includes a management panel for creating and administering instances with different operating systems. Multi-tenant environments, integrated billing and white-label operation are available for service providers and resellers. Provisioning can also be integrated through API and Terraform.

Enterprise storage can be incorporated into Private Cloud architectures with ransomware protection and synchronous or asynchronous replication between regions. Architectures can therefore be designed for very low RPO values and rapid recovery when this level of redundancy is required.

Virtualization EVEO is designed for organizations that need virtual machines without wanting to administer the virtualization platform itself. EVEO manages the hypervisor, storage, monitoring, maintenance and software updates, while customers retain control over their virtual machines. The platform uses Proxmox VE, together with controlled repositories and tested update packages. Integrated backup can also be added.

Storage services include Block Storage, File Storage and S3-compatible Object Storage. Object Storage is especially useful for backup repositories, archives and large data sets because download traffic and normal PUT, GET and LIST API operations do not incur separate fees. Native WORM immutability, versioning and access controls provide additional protection against ransomware and accidental deletion.

Object Storage buckets can scale to 5 PB, while replication between separate regions can be incorporated when additional geographic redundancy is needed.

The Backup service can protect physical servers, virtual machines, private-cloud environments, hybrid infrastructure, databases and business applications. Automation, encryption, configurable retention, versioning, immutable storage and granular restoration are available, together with geographically separated infrastructure for more resilient backup strategies.

Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) adds complete system replication for workloads where restoring individual files is not sufficient. Applications, systems and data can be replicated into standby infrastructure, with recovery-point intervals around 20 minutes available depending on the architecture. Recovery environments can be designed for an RTO of up to 60 minutes. Automated orchestration restores systems in the required sequence, and isolated recovery tests can be performed without interrupting production.

Managed Colocation is available for companies that own their servers but prefer EVEO to handle the surrounding infrastructure. Space can range from individual rack units to complete racks or cages. The service includes redundant power, cooling, connectivity, DDoS protection, monitoring and 24/7 Remote Hands.

Remote Hands technicians can install equipment, connect cables, reboot systems, replace components and perform other physical tasks without requiring customer staff to visit the data center.

Managed Services can extend EVEO's responsibility beyond hardware and connectivity. Depending on the contracted scope, EVEO can perform initial installation, operating-system configuration, monitoring, corrective actions, firewall administration, security updates, operating-system maintenance, performance tuning and capacity recommendations. Linux and Windows Server environments are supported. Database and application administration depend on the individual managed-service contract.
