Viktor Vladimirovich Zhuravkov serves as manager and CEO, while recent corporate figures indicate a compact engineering-oriented team of approximately 10 employees.

The company concentrates on business infrastructure rather than low-cost shared hosting. Its services are particularly suitable for Russian organizations requiring Moscow-based equipment, low network latency, local data processing, managed administration and infrastructure compatible with national regulatory requirements such as 152-FZ and FSTEC controls.

A major advantage is the company-owned Tier III data center in Moscow. ESTT controls the facility, server equipment, network platform, cloud environment and technical-support operation. This gives customers a direct relationship with the infrastructure operator instead of placing another reseller between the customer and the physical hosting environment.

The product portfolio begins with dedicated servers. More than 50 standard and customized configurations cover websites, enterprise applications, databases, storage systems, virtualization platforms and high-load projects. Typical packages combine Intel Xeon processors, SSD or NVMe storage, a public IPv4 address, KVM access, a 1 Gbps network port, unlimited traffic, monitoring, basic DDoS protection and round-the-clock support.

Servers already available in stock can normally be activated within one business day. Highly customized configurations may require additional procurement time, especially when specialized processors, storage systems or accelerator hardware must be ordered.

Dedicated GPU servers are available for artificial intelligence, machine learning, model training, inference, rendering, engineering calculations and other workloads that benefit from graphics accelerators. ESTT can also build protected AI environments inside an isolated corporate perimeter, allowing sensitive business information to remain outside public AI platforms.

Specialized infrastructure for 1C combines high-frequency processors, fast storage and optional administration. This makes the service relevant for Russian companies running accounting, ERP, inventory or other 1C-based applications that require consistent performance and direct technical assistance.

Physical and virtual infrastructure can be transferred from another provider. Migration work may include assessment, architecture planning, preparation of the destination environment, data synchronization and final service switching with limited interruption.

The cloud range includes VPS/VDS instances with scalable processor, memory and storage resources. Customers can select an operating system, configure the required capacity and activate virtual infrastructure through a separate service portal.

The IaaS platform provides virtual compute resources on high-availability clusters. Billing is based on consumed capacity, internet traffic is unlimited, and basic L3–L4 DDoS protection is included. Private connectivity can be added for customers that need isolated links between cloud resources, offices or physical servers.

Managed Kubernetes supports containerized applications, horizontal scaling, workload distribution, CI/CD integration, backup, object storage and GPU resources. It is suitable for development teams that need orchestration without maintaining every part of the cluster platform internally.

A private cloud combines dedicated compute, storage and network resources in an isolated architecture. It can be deployed inside the ESTT data center or extended across an additional Moscow facility when a project requires a more complex resilience design.

Managed cloud databases are available for MySQL and PostgreSQL. The service can include synchronous or asynchronous replicas, external IP access, network restrictions, encryption and automated backup. This reduces the operational burden associated with database installation, maintenance, replication and recovery.

The storage portfolio includes S3-compatible object storage with web-console and API access. It can be used for backups, archives, multimedia files, application data and other workloads that do not require a conventional block-storage volume.

A separate VMware cloud provides processor, RAM and disk resources for Linux and Windows virtual machines. Existing VMware workloads can be migrated while preserving a familiar virtualization environment.

ESTT also provides colocation, remote desktops, corporate email, domain registration, SSL certificates, backup, server monitoring, VPN configuration, routing, load balancing and DDoS mitigation. These services allow a company to combine physical servers, cloud capacity, network protection and administration through one infrastructure supplier.

The Remote Office service creates centrally hosted employee workspaces accessible through RDP or a browser. Available components include shared storage, virtual telephony, video conferencing, VPN connectivity, two-factor authentication, encryption and backup.

Corporate email packages include large mailbox allowances, SSL/TLS connectivity, anti-spam filtering, antivirus protection and backup. Domain registration covers more than 570 extensions, while SSL certificates are available with domain, organization and extended validation.

Administration is one of the stronger parts of the portfolio. Customers can order server management, operating-system configuration, security updates, application deployment, infrastructure monitoring, database support, backup planning, VPN setup, network routing, DDoS protection, load balancing and ongoing project maintenance.

This flexibility allows ESTT to operate either as an infrastructure-only supplier or as an outsourced technical team. Businesses without dedicated system administrators can obtain a more complete managed service, while experienced IT departments can retain control over their own systems.
