eServer.ru is a long-established Russian hosting operator founded in 2002, with its headquarters and customer office in Moscow. The legal operator is ООО "Хостинг-оператор "еСервер.ру" (eServer.ru Hosting Operator). The company is licensed by Roskomnadzor, is included in the Russian hosting-provider registry, and is also accredited as a Russian IT company. Its history in the hosting sector extends even further, with the founders active in the Russian hosting market since 1998.

The service range is much broader than conventional shared hosting. Shared Hosting uses NVMe storage and supports multiple PHP versions, MySQL databases, FTP access and email accounts. Packages range from inexpensive single-site hosting to substantially larger Business plans intended for multiple websites and heavier workloads.

VIP Hosting increases the available system resources for busier websites, while dedicated 1C-Bitrix Hosting provides an environment optimized for the widely used Russian CMS and e-commerce platform. These plans make eServer suitable both for straightforward websites and for larger Russian-language commercial projects built around Bitrix.

The Website Builder combines hosting, templates, databases, PHP and SSL functionality for customers who want to create and maintain a site without administering a server directly. Depending on the selected package, available storage scales from a few gigabytes to considerably larger allocations. Free SSL certificates and domain promotions are included with some packages.

Virtual servers are divided into several product families. KVM VPS Economy covers very inexpensive virtual machines with SSD storage, IPv4 and IPv6, unmetered traffic, backup options and basic DDoS protection. The smallest Economy configurations are intended for individuals residing in the Russian Federation and are billed in rubles.

KVM VPS Business provides larger CPU, RAM and storage allocations, faster connectivity and considerably more flexibility for business workloads. Custom configurations allow customers to increase resources beyond the standard packages.

VMware VPS remains available as a separate virtualization option, ranging from small 1 GB RAM systems to considerably larger configurations with backup storage and higher network capacity. This gives customers a choice between KVM and VMware rather than locking all virtual-server services into one platform.

For customers requiring physical hardware, eServer maintains a substantial Dedicated Server range in Moscow. Configurations include Intel Xeon E3 and E5 class systems, HDD, SSD and NVMe storage, IPMI remote management, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, and multiple operating-system options.

The dedicated-server portfolio also includes Apple Mac servers, covering older Intel Mac mini systems as well as newer Apple Silicon hardware. This is a useful niche service for macOS development, testing, CI/CD workloads and other applications requiring genuine Apple hardware.

Colocation is an important part of eServer's business. Customers can place their own servers in Moscow with power, IPv4 and IPv6 addressing, remote access, monitoring, IPMI connectivity and 24/7 access to the facility. Premium colocation packages add services such as additional remote hands, private connections between customer equipment and access to a personal account manager.

Domain registration complements the hosting portfolio, with a wide selection of Russian, international and country-code extensions. Some hosting packages include promotional registration of .RU or .РФ domains.

The wider eServer operation extends beyond Russia. Hosting, VPS, dedicated servers and colocation are available in Bratislava, Slovakia, while regional infrastructure also extends to Belgrade, Serbia, Hong Kong, and Podgorica, Montenegro. Apple Mac rental and SSL certificate services are also available through the international operation.

The billing system supports several currencies. Russian services are primarily priced in RUB, while EUR and USD are also available in parts of the ordering system. International services use RSD, EUR and USD, together with additional regional currencies on selected products.

Localization is extensive. Russian and English are available alongside several additional languages, including Arabic, Chinese, German, Spanish and Turkish in parts of the customer system. The international operation also supports English, Russian, Simplified Chinese and Hungarian. Some sections remain partially mixed between Russian and translated content.

The overall presentation remains functional but has a noticeably traditional hosting-company character. Newer ordering interfaces coexist with older informational and legal sections, so navigation and presentation are not as uniform as with newer cloud platforms. The underlying product depth is nevertheless considerable, especially for customers needing Russian hosting, physical infrastructure or multiple virtualization choices.
