Its service portfolio covers shared hosting, VPS, VDS, dedicated servers, ERP/CRM/1C servers, Private Cloud, backup and storage, domain registration, SSL certificates and server software licenses. This makes Epro.io suitable for projects ranging from small websites and WordPress installations to business applications, database servers and customized private infrastructure.

Shared Hosting uses cPanel, CloudLinux and LiteSpeed Enterprise and is divided into four plans with NVMe storage capacities from 10 GB to 100 GB. These servers are particularly appropriate for databases, ERP platforms, 1C installations and other applications where shared virtual CPU performance could become a bottleneck.

VPS Performance configurations begin with 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM and 80 GB Enterprise NVMe and extend to considerably larger configurations with up to 10 vCPU, 64 GB RAM and 1.2 TB NVMe. VDS configurations reach 24 dedicated CPU cores, 96 GB RAM and 720 GB NVMe. Full root access, IPv4 and IPv6 support, backups, resource upgrades and Layer 4 DDoS protection are available.

Dedicated Servers use HP/HPE enterprise hardware with Intel Xeon E5, Xeon Gold and Xeon Platinum processors, ECC RAM and SSD, SAS or NVMe storage. Entry configurations include Xeon E5 processors with 32 GB RAM and dual SSD storage, while substantially larger dual-processor machines are available with hundreds of gigabytes of RAM, Enterprise SSD storage and 10 Gbit/s connectivity.

CPU, RAM, disks and RAID configurations can be adapted to individual requirements. Linux and Windows Server operating systems are supported, and remote IPMI/KVM management makes the servers practical for customers requiring direct low-level administration. Monitoring, backups and managed administration can also be added.

The ERP / CRM / LOGO / MICRO / 1C Server platform uses dedicated-resource VDS infrastructure based on Xeon Gold 6244 processors, Enterprise NVMe RAID10 and ECC RAM. The service is designed for business software that depends on stable CPU and disk performance and includes ten-day backups, RDP terminal access and migration of existing databases. Configurations cover small deployments with only a few users through larger installations serving 15 or more users.

Private Cloud provides isolated infrastructure with guaranteed CPU and RAM resources, private VLAN networking and expandable compute capacity. It avoids CPU and memory overcommitment and allows companies to build dedicated virtual environments without the variable traffic billing normally associated with large public-cloud platforms. Deployment, monitoring, storage and migration can be handled directly by Epro.io.

The Backup / Storage service is available in Local, Geo and Geo+ configurations. Automatic daily backups can be retained for ten days, with protection against accidental deletion. Geo configurations can maintain an additional backup copy in another data center, geographical location or country. Disaster-recovery environments can also be designed around individual RPO and RTO requirements.

Hosting customers have self-service backup restoration through JetBackup, with retention depending on their package. This provides a convenient recovery option without requiring support intervention for routine file, database or account restoration.

Domains, SSL certificates and software licensing complete the portfolio. Hosting packages include free SSL, while some annual packages provide domain registration or renewal benefits.
