📄 Editorial Review

Enzu is a U.S.-based infrastructure, private cloud, bare metal and colocation provider headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The company has been active since 2007, founded by Steve Empie and Nick Rose, two executives with a long background in hosting and cloud infrastructure. Steve Empie previously founded SurfSpeedy, a web hosting company that reached more than 40,000 customers before being sold in 2007.

Enzu is not a typical budget shared hosting provider. Their strongest focus is enterprise infrastructure: Bare Metal Servers, Bare Metal AI/GPU infrastructure, Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Edge Cloud, Bare Metal Edge, Virtual Datacenter, Oracle infrastructure hosting, Managed Services, Disaster Recovery, Managed DNS, Managed DDoS, CDN, Global IP Transit, Block/Object Storage and Colocation. There are no classic shared hosting or reseller hosting packages as the central offer, so Enzu is better suited for businesses that need dedicated resources, private environments, managed infrastructure and custom deployments.

The TruCloud® Build-to-Order Private Cloud Platform is one of their main services. It allows customers to build a customized private cloud with selected compute, storage, operating system, networking, applications and management options. The platform includes containers, hypervisors, software-defined storage, high availability, live migration, native Docker support, incremental backups, AES-256 disk encryption, KMS support and dedicated infrastructure. This gives Enzu a stronger enterprise profile than a standard VPS company.

Their Bare Metal Cloud Servers are single-tenant dedicated systems built for predictable performance, stronger isolation and full hardware control. Customers can configure single-processor, dual-processor or hardware RAID servers, add private networking, use OS and application templates, and manage deployments through the APEX portal. Bare metal services include remote reboot, remote KVM, API access, global DNS and a choice of management level.

Enzu also has a serious AI infrastructure offer. Their Bare Metal AI/GPU services include NVIDIA GPU classes such as V100, A100, L40S, H100, H200, B200 and B300, making the company relevant for AI training, inference, HPC, analytics and GPU-heavy enterprise workloads. This is a strong fit for organizations that want dedicated GPU hardware rather than shared public cloud resources.

Their website is English-only, modern and responsive. The company presents itself as an enterprise infrastructure provider, not as an old-style shared hosting brand. LinkedIn lists Enzu in the 11–50 employee range, while the company history confirms 2007 as the foundation year.
